Friendly staff, very accommodating and very welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious with an amazing shower! The most comfortable king size bed/pillows. A lovely veranda to sit and have your coffee with a fan. The hotel has beautiful scenery and is picturesque in itself. AMAZING breakfast every morning with a variety of choice from cooked breakfasts to granola/ fruit options. Took advantage of the spa and had very lovely massages/facials. The pool area is great to sit by and pool towels provided. Food in the evening was delicious and amazing value for money. Cocktails were lovely also. Not far to ubud, a 40 min walk or 10 minute taxi. Staff at reception were very helpful in organising us taxis for excursions. Airport transfer organised before arrival, very easy to do and reliable.

Balcony rooms are great

Garden rooms smell moldy and the odor outside is bad. Should be more solarized to avoid that. We've paid extra money to change for the balcony option on the 2nd floor bcs can't handle the smell.

We got a free upgrade to a villa with swimming pool. Restaurant had good food and breakfast was also good. Location was good but you have to use a taxi or grab app (very happy to use grab app to move from a to b). People of the hotel were nice and friendly. Using WhatsApp to communicate with the hotel staff was great with quick responses. We recommend this hotel.

Nearest Circle K or 7-11 were almost 1 kilometer away. The chairs by our private swimming pool were a bit dirty but we could remediate this with the swimming pool towels.

I highly recommend Dinara Ubud, we had the most wonderful 4 night stay and would have happily of stayed longer! The staff were wonderful, very attentive, the hotel manager checked in with us a few times to ask about our stay, recommended places to visit I.e waterfalls. The breakfast that is included was exceptional in the joint restaurant next door. Lovely calm ambience, wonderful friendly staff. We actually ate here most nights as well as the food was incredible. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Spa facilities were great, equally there is a nice little spa 1 minute walk away too, we tried both and were all excellent. We hired a moped from a place the hotel recommended to get us from a to b (5 minute walk away) again very friendly helpful man. Location I think is excellent as it’s slightly out of Ubud centre which is a good thing, takes a 5 minute bike ride, little longer walk or use the hotels shuttle bus to get you too and from the centre of ubud. Ubud centre was fab but we were always pleased to be back at our dinara stay. Lots of nice little cafes and restaurants around walking distance anyway. One last amazing addition that I didn’t realise until we checked in, was the hotel does a complimentary afternoon tea at 4pm. Nice little treat after a busy day exploring or afternoon round the pool. We will be returning as soon as we can!

Beautiful location and accommodation. Extremely friendly staff.

It’s not a quiet place. Very noisy. This is mostly a problem is you’re a light sleeper.

Great staff, they greeted us warmly, the room was spacious and the TV had streaming platforms like Netflix. We had to leave for an event very early in the morning, they gladly helped us check out at 3 AM. Before leaving the hotel, they also checked the room before we left and I surprisingly had left a teddy bear which they gladly gave us back!

The floor in the room and bathroom was a little dusty and we'd love if the room were a little scented with something nice upon arrival.

Staff were amazing, super attentive and proactive. We had an issue with one of the plug sockets and it was fixed almost immediately. We were travelling with our 6 month old baby and my unwell mother, and Dinara have upgraded both of our rooms to allow for more space. We didn't even ask! They also put a lovely cot/crib in our room for our son. Thank you :) they have also recommended a lovely nanny who was reliable and trustworthy. The restaurant on site serves delicious food all day long which is perfect if you don't want to venture out into the busy streets of Ubud

There's nothing we didn't like, everything was great.

This place was a little oasis after going around Ubud all day. I just loved this hotel. Our room was very comfortable with a beautiful, huge tub. bed was extra comfy, the whole room was very clean, especially the bathroom, which was important to me. Staff was extra helpful, the hotel’s restaurant was also above my expectations. They really payed attention to the small details, like giving us our own robes, leaving hand-written comments on the bed etc. All in all, I would recommend this place to everyone.

Food was incredible, dinners a bit pricey but that's fine because we ate at local restaurants anyway. Breakfast was included and was fantastic. Location was great, far enough from busy Ubud centre but close enough to walk. Staff were lovely.

There was quite a lot of noise bleed from upstairs due to the open-air bathroom area, so if you had the bathroom door open, you could hear it in the room too. Nitpicky but not insignificant. Would've preferred to be away from that noise.

There was a restaurant conveniently located right beside the hotel. Whenever we end the day late or had to start the day early, we do not have to rack our brains to find a place to eat. The food was good and cheap and there was a variety available! Hotel staff were really nice and friendly, and checked in with us daily whenever we walked past the reception - on how our room was, whether we need the room to be cleaned. When we return, they would also ask us how our day was etc. Made our day and stay!

It did feel like our room had not been used for sometime so there was a "wet" feeling on the surfaces and towel. But after changing to new towel, it was well!
