I had the most wonderful stay in Bali! From the moment I arrived to Dinara hotel I was very welcomed and greeted by receptionist, even it was very late. All people who works in this hotel are very friendly. The room is big and nicely decorated, bed is very comfy. I liked the nice touch of the hotel, when they prepare your bed in the evening and put a robe and sleepers near the bed, they also close the curtains. I felt like I’m at home. The Melali restaurant is amazing I was eating there 3 times a day. All people who works in restaurants are really nice and friendly. I enjoyed free classes like yoga in the morning and best class which I really liked is canang sari class by the best receptionist Wiratni. Spa is really good and I had a massage there few times. Location, close to the Centre, free shuttle bus. Everything was perfect! I would like to mention all people who made my stay in Dinara unforgettable! SUPER impeccable service and property. One of the cleanest places I've ever stayed - it's spotless. Super thoughtful details everywhere, and overall a really great team who seem to enjoy their work. Food is great, yoga shala is beautiful. Would stay there again without thinking - really lovely property & people <3

Honestly nothing except two small things: - no refillable water sitting out. They will give it to you from the reception if you have a bottle but don't understand why they just won't leave it out to fill yourself, or put glass refillable bottles in the room. - would recommend upper rooms during rainy season (or get a dehumidifier 24/7)

staff was great. location is not so far to center. by gojek 10 minutes. rooms are big an clean.

littlle money focus hotel. when you want extra bread in breakfast you should pay. may be this is rule for country but it is wierd for us.

There’s not really anything to not love about Dinara and we were truly spoilt there by other accommodation standards. Lush, peaceful surroundings that looked stunning day and night. Beautiful big rooms with lovely teak furniture. Big bathroom with a huge shower that had hot water, all but one night (luke warm) when they must have been running low on gas. Nice bathroom products available for use. The terrace with fan was so nice, I loved reading on the day bed. The pool area is super nice and will have to come back outside of rainy season to make better use. And the breakfast at Melali is top notch! Probably the best freshly cooked to order breakfast I’ve had in a hotel. In fact we ate many meals there both by the pool and on the restaurant. Staff were also super friendly and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Will definitely be back!

Beds were softer than I’d prefer, but that’s personal preference. Rooms have a musty smell that was immediately noticeable, but they provide an oil burner with candles to combat this. It would be good to have some more shuttle times in the middle of the day coming back from the city centre.

The room was spacious and clean. You can ask room services to come and clean it by clicking a button on the wall. Our room was upgraded without any charges. SPA was lovely, good back massages. Staff was really friendly. Breakfast was wonderful, a lot of choices. They even have borscht!

Even though air conditioning was cooling room well and it was quite but there is a mold smell in the room. Our friends asked to bring air purifier and the hotel provided it. I think it should be in every room. At the pool area there were not enough sunbeds. Drinks at the hotel restaurant was quite expensive.

The staff is incredible. Everyone was beyond serviceminded and attentive. They made our stay a breeze and made us feel at home. We even decided to stay two more days because we enjoyed the suite, our biiiiig bathtub and pool so much. The food at the restaurant is goood and if you want to try something else, there are a few local spots in close walking distance. A small but very cute detail: They provided cute good night stories for our kids (turn-down service) and remembered their names 🫶🏻 We will be back if we visit Ubud again.

A very beautiful hotel that went above our expectations. The rooms are new, very spacious and comfortable, with a big bed and full bathroom with shower and bathtub. Every room has also a balcony or patio. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet but very friendly, the staff is excellent, as well as the restaurant. There is a nice open area at the top of the hotel where they offer yoga classes twice per week, but the area itself is open all day, we went at sunset to do yoga by ourselves and it was beautiful. The location is outside Ubud city, so to go to the city center one needs a 5-10 mins taxi ride (about 2 euros cost one way with Grab). The hotel provides free shuttle service, but very few times per day.

There is room for improvement in the pool area, the beds are quite old and ruined. Same for the towels/sheets that need to be replaced with newer ones. But this for us was a little detail in an overall awesome stay.

We Loved the welcoming always helpful staff. Loved all the beautiful trees and greenery and the winding paths. So pretty at night with the lights. The pool area was stunning and clean. Always fresh towels ready. The rooms were very large. Bed comfortable and a huge bathroom. The air conditioner was quiet and worked well. We loved the special touches such as the turndown service. The breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice of high quality food served in a lovely setting. Yoga was fun.

The buggy service wasn’t at great times and I thought it could have been running much more often. It sat all day and there seemed to be enough staff to be able to run it more. That was all. It was a really great resort!

Five stars for this beautiful boutique hotel. The staff make every effort to provide top notch service at all times while also being friendly and attentive enough to make this feel like a home away from home. The hotel itself is fresh, modern and incredibly aesthetic. We had a beautiful balcony room overlooking the garden. It was very private and spacious with a huge bath. Water, beautiful herbal tea and good coffee is provided, and an additional nighttime turndown service is also offered. There is a smart TV and room service from the adjoining restaurant. They have complimentary yoga twice a week and a handful of other activities offered. There isn’t a gym, however we used the yoga deck for Pilates throughout the week. The location is great if you want to be a bit away from the bustle of Ubud centre. Everything you need is nearby within a few minutes walking, a great (but expensive gym), a few good cafes/warungs and a laundry (cheaper than the hotel). The hotel has a shuttle to the centre (complimentary) twice a day. The food from the adjoining restaurant is delicious and fresh with a rang of Indonesian and other options. This is where the included breakfast was offered each morning (until 11am, a great time). The breakfast was a la carte with juice or fruit platter, coffee/tea and a main. Plenty of options, we stayed a week with something different each day. Again, the service here was fantastic.

The one and only thing I can say is that the pool area is on the smaller side and lounges/day beds fill up quick when the hotel is full. Not a problem if you are out exploring anyway.

The staff were very attentive, nothing too much trouble. The breakfasts were fabulous, in fact all food excellent. Our room was clean, spacious and bed very comfortable. It was in a quiet location, not far from the centre of town.

We were very happy to be upgraded to an upstairs room as we got more light and air into our room which is important in Ubud where it can be very damp.
