It's prob good sign, of plenty of use, the decor could do with being freshened up but the staff and atmosphere is lovely

The hotel was absolutely beautiful! We especially loved the facilities especially the pool and the jacuzzi was a great experience! The room we got took my breath away it was absolutely massive! Lovely spacious room with a great tv and lovely bathroom! It was very very comfortable Staff were very nice and friendly especially Laura who greeted us every morning at breakfast! Its very central and within a few mins walk from the Aquadome and has a beautiful cafe right across the road that sells lovely coffee, loved that parking was free of charge and it had a huge parking area

We love everything about this property and already planning our trip back! We had nothing negative to say about the hotel we loved every second!

In a perfect location, everything within reach. The room were ok and comfortable enough and breakfast was good.

Some staff personal hygiene were poor and table were left unclean, the food in pub was poor. The facility has lost its old charm and needs some update.

Everything was very good. Room was bright and very clean. Easy access via lift. Large carpark at rear of hotel. Breakfast was predictable. Bar food was good and staff were excellent.

Only one tiny complaint. Bathroom was a bit small. It was not suitable for anyone with any health issues. There were no handrails in the toilet area. This left it a bit difficult to get off the 'throne' for anyone with reduced mobility.

Location excellent, staff very friendly and helpful, decor a little quaint but lovely (delightfully old fashioned bedside lamps), bar food and drinks very satisfactory.

Breakfast was disappointing. No prepared fruit (one of my favourite aspects of hotel breakfasts), no cheese/cold meats on offer, no menu offered (I hoped French Toast might be on offer). I did ask for and got a freshly fried egg. Selection of breads/pastries was poor.

location and plenty parking, staff, cleanliness, value for money, lovely lady ( in blue overall) in charge of dining room, went above and beyond for me and my friend at breakfast, nothing was too much trouble for her.

wanted to use the swimming pool while there but was put off by the overpowering smell of chlorine when I viewed the pool.

central to TRALEE town, VALUE FOR MONEY, 2 nights was 214€ (non breakfast) 254€ with it most other hotels are way more expensive to be fair (bank holiday weekend too). near places pubs, restraunts, shops, coast lines fernit, ballyheigue, banna beach, inch beach and ballybunion etc manager was friendly and even do only a few at the bar the young local bar man was polite and friendly on the Friday evening too towards customers credit to him, lady receptionist was helpful and kind too, gym and pool available too, (we didnt use do) rooms we had on fourth floor was spacious, bath and shower toilet etc beds comfy and clothes space kettle and table in room iron too and board etc tv channels there too good selection not just RTE 1/2 etc cleaners pop sign on door when out do the room fair play too them. over all 8/10 value for money and moderate hotel. just missing a wow factor and a vava-voom..... HOTEL NEED MORE P.R advertising and mid week deals like the 2 nights on the bank holiday ideas for ye , just need to attracted more people and this business booms, trial carvary dinner till 3 thurs-Sundays maybe draw locals or for residence in at reasonable prices and evening meals after etc sporting event nights maybe... darts or snooker publicity attract customers too manager requested honest opinions for feed back so i will give it. nice fella too he was and thanks for having me self and herself stay P and Ro. we would stay again as reasonable prices and friendly staff very welcoming

at present there updating front windows so scaffold outside makes hotel look like not there but is. sound proof window was told installing fair play. night porter charging 11e for a bitta ham and 2 slices bread and butter was a bit too much if I’m completely honest, wasn’t a BLT i ordered or something fancy. maybe bathrooms in the hotel rooms to showers gradually with time.... carpets in corridors up dating or freshen up steam clean. hotel need just more promoting and little upgrading with time. over all ideal for families, couples , friends getaways or hens and stags on the town.

The Brandon's location is brilliant, central to all the goings on of the festival. The staff were very helpful, the leisure centre was a lovely bonus. We're already planning for next year hopefully Bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately no bottled water in room or fridge. Decor is quite dated but served its purpose.

I enjoyed using the swimming pool and the massive gym with a full range of modern equipment. Loved the breakfast and the friendly welcoming staff serving the tea and coffee. The hotel is exceptionally clean including the rooms and the Leisure area. Also plenty of space for parking. I’ll be coming here again.

Smell of cigarette smoke in the room coming through the vent in the bathroom. Hen party in the hotel on the Saturday night with screaming women fighting and smashing up the room next to mine at 4am. I think the Guards were eventually called but having said that I will definitely be back again. Hotels can't pick their guests it was just one of those things
