Staff was just awesome! They were professional, friendly, helpful, and attentive! The hotel was in a GREAT location! The energy and vibe were very fun, and felt great to be there. The entrance to the hotel lobby is very cool as you walk through an archway and into a beautiful and energetic courtyard with a cascading waterfall in the back! Just awesome. The food at the hotel restaurant and its neighboring bistro is excellent!

The parking is a slight trek away, but not really an issue if you don't mind a short walk up the block. The room did not have air conditioning, but the staff quickly delivered a stand-alone Dyson AC unit to our room that quickly cooled the room and it was just fine after that.

We loved the bedrooms , but also the hotel itself, plus the buzzing foyer! (The bar courtyard 😃) the waterfall is a unique feature I’ve never seen in any other hotel “foyer” The staff were exceptionally helpful and very friendly. Tapas & cocktails in Cask were excellent, the staff serving us couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful the whole time . The breakfast was tasty, hot, delicious and some different bits thrown in , such a lovely mushrooms, hot potato cubes and delicious coffee with the Full Irish. Plus bite sized pastries & savoury scones! I would recommend this hotel time and again to everyone I know

A little expensive, (€319 June weekend Sat night sans brekkie) but I know all accommodation rates are sky high at the moment , it still rankles though, but also very worth it In this case. Also paid €32 for overnight parking nearby as the hotel car park is tiny..I think this is very expensive.

The room was very comfortable, excellent location apart from the road works creating a lot of one way systems (outside the hotel control); breakfast provided an excellent choice

Couldn't get a dinner at the hotel restaurant however they staff recommended a local Italian cafe

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Good location. Glad that there was parking available close by.

Not to any fault of the hotel, but the street construction currently going on made it loud. It will be very nice with the street improvements.

The room was perfect. It was beautifully clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, very close to the city centre and the railway station was only a matter of yards away. Perfect for a day out in Cobh. There were lots of restaurants and cafes in the area and a theatre was just accross the road. The bar and restaurant attached to the hotel were excellent. The staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly and even thoughtfully provided a fan in the room as the weather was unusually warm for the length of our stay.

Can't think of anything we didn't like.

The interior of the hotel and the outdoor dining space was just fantastic. The staff were very helpful and the room was really comfortable.

I could not find a fault with the hotel, other than the room was significantly warmer one of the nights even with the windows open and the air con switched on.

It was exceptionally clean and well supplied, the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful and understanding when we informed them of a few delays on our flight. We feared that the noise from the bar below would seep into our room, but fortunately the walls and windows kept most of the sound out, and activities were usually stopped at 12. The bathroom was really clean and we really appreciated that.

Our only qualm was that the AC did not work, and we were provided with few fans. According to them, the AC was "not advertised" in the offer, and thus most of them didn't work, as we discovered when we tried to turn it on due to the high temperatures we suffered on the few days we stayed, and the fact that it was a third floor where our room was situated, thus having the heat from the sun beating on the rooms remain for longer. Other than it being rather stuffy at night, we have no other complaints.

Location was great in the historic part of town and near the English Market. Room was modern in decor and up to date . Great to have AC. Excellent continental breakfast . Very friendly staff.

It's right in the middle of an upcoming area of cork city & feels vibrant & energetic. Good bar next door but seems you have to book a table - who knew!

Probably a bit expensive & difficult to find the entrance to the hotel & also the current roadworks are v inconvenient

Breakfast was great, dinner at Greenes was fantastic

Temperature, A/C didn’t seem to lower the temp of the room. We had it on for two days straight.
