We really liked the surrounding beautiful area. It couldn't get any more stunning. Room.was a great size and breakfast was nice. Rebecca gave me lots of information beforehand to ensure my partners birthday went as well as possible (thankyou Rebecca) Restaurant was glorious and food amazing

One of the receptionists didn't want to call us a taxi and in the end reluctantly did . We were unable.to use our phones without being charged a fortune so this was the only thing that let the hotel down ( apparently hotel policy not.to call taxi's for guests) This hotel needs to remember that guests come from abroad and don't all have a package on their phones to call irelqnd numbers for free. As we stayed 2 nights over my partners birthday, thr tea ans coffee was not replenished after the first night. We did ask for more and it was brought up quickly.

The hotel was very clean with very friendly staff, fantastic views of mount Errigal. We had a family event which was very well orchestrated by the hotel, the food was fantastic. In terms of the hotel room it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The room we where assigned was abit dated in terms of décor but that was only a small detail. The door to the bathroom kept sticking a issue that also happened in the room where my grand mother was staying. Also one minor issue was the check in time was very late being at 16:00 which i found to be the latest check-in time I've being given.

Staff friendliness and professionalism was exceptional. I am a speaker of Irish and several of the staff I encountered were well able to converse with me in that language. The breakfast was excellent and food in the main restaurant was of a really high standard, too.

I had only one very slight gripe. The restaurant and bar were not in the main hotel complex but across the courtyard in the bar. While this was slightly inconvenient, it was more than offset by the willingness of the staff to take orders in the main hotel and bring the food and drinks there.

Room was large and had all items required. Good that live music was available due to hotel being quite secluded. Food in restaurant was great and piping hot

Didn't like check in or check out times. 4pm is way too late for checking in when most people like to make the most of their day. Also 11am check out far too early should be at least 12 noon. Also Didn't like that the bar/restaurant was across the courtyard from the hotel. There was nowhere to get a drink in the actual hotel if you wanted to sit in the lounge/foyer in comfort.

The staff were all so so friendly and helpful! Great breakfast, really good quality products, and great location to visit glenveagh national park and Mount Errigal (you can see it from the hotel !) Room was very comfortable and great shower! There is a pub right outside the hotel and the food was delicious.

I only went to the adults only part of the swimming pool once in one morning and after 10 minutes there unfortunately the sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi had to be turned off.... But these things happen! My daughter loved the swimming pool at the other side.

Great hotel outside the main area. Staff were great and really helpful, the chap in the bar that gave us recommendations was spot on for food and night life. Nice pool facilities although a little cold in pool. Big room and very comfortable beds. Good breakfast if you like a continental or irish breakfast. Quite room and easy check-check out. Nice hotel and would stay agian

Pool was a bit cold however I understand they turn down the temp during the summer as Ireland doesn't normally have such a low outside temp in August. No EV charging. Generally my wife has her own shampoo/toiletries however she forgot and was surprised that none were supplied

What a nice hotel in a beautiful spot. My family really enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was one of the nicest hotel breakfasts Iv had. The staff were very friendly and down to earth. We had a problem with a booking agent over a mistake I had made but the manager Martin and also the help desk manager couldn’t have been more helpful and resolved the problem for us. We will definitely be back for a longer stay the next time. Surprised this isn’t a 5star hotel. It is immaculate. Definitely recommend and loads to do near for family’s, petting zoo, pool, walks ect.

The views were unreal from outside the property, not from our bedroom though But scenery and location was perfect

A young girl in bar had been tending to us perfectly for food and drinks but for some reason an older lady who I assume was a manager felt the need to come over and make herself known to us and to hurry our drinks order that we had only placed but we noticed this woman seemed to keep looking over at us a lot.. not sure if this was because we were sat at table right where the band was setting up and she wanted us to leave or move but either way that made us feel a little uneasy and a bit unwelcome

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They made sure I had oat or almond milk for the breakfast which was 10/10 good value for money. The rooms were gorgeous. The beds were so comfortable you sank right into them. There's temperature control for the radiators, a small TV on the wall and the shower pressure was great. I would absolutely love to come back to get a chance to try the gorgeous looking pool

My only grievance was the food in the restaurant on the first night. We did arrive late and I thank all the kitchen staff for taking our order with 5 minutes to spare, but €17.50 for a plate of chicken goujon and chips? The chicken was small and quite dry, and chips weren't 'hand cut' just deep fried. €23.50 for an open steak sandwich which was minute steaks. It was lovely, just not great value for money. The restaurant outdone themselves on night two with carbonaras and the brownies and mocktails however. Absolutely delicious and I can only assume it was because they were absolutely packed and it was later in the evening night one wasnt 10/10

Superb location with beautiful grounds, views, and surroundings. Lovely bar and restaurant, leisure facility was wonderful. Our family room was very comfortable and spacious. Decor and bathroom were lovely. We would definitely stay again.

We missed a mini fridge in the room, which would definitely benefit from having one at this price. Breakfast is not included in the price of a room and seemed quite expensive, especially for young kids, so we gave it a miss, and I can't really say whether it is worth it.
