Beautifully decorated for Christmas on a great location Lovely breakfast buffet with lots of well presented choices. Bar good very nice though we were charged for bread we got but didn’t order or didn’t eat

We arrived at 2.30 and tried to check in though we did know check in was 3 pm. Come 3 pm there was a queue OUT THE DOOR of people trying to check in with slow reception staff. Obviously they have a policy of accommodating no-early check in whatsoever which Leads to overload of work and pressure on reception staff and frustration on guests waiting in a long queue Also Our room had a discarded child’s vest behind the kettle from The previous guests. Was off putting

Front of house staff were very welcoming and friendly. Michaela in particular was very welcoming and accommodated our requests throughout our stay celebrating my wife's birthday. The facilities in all were superb and modern. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The pool and sauna area were also great. Breakfast buffet had a decent choice of savoury and sweet food. The location of the hotel was great, surrounded by retail shops and supermarkets and only a couple of minutes walk to the town centre.

The bathroom could have been better maintained, the edges of the baths glass partition and silicone side had signs of black mould. The water pressure in the bath was rather disappointing in comparison with an average bath.

We stayed for the weekend to celebrate my brother's 60th birthday.The hotel was really lovely staff were very attentive and cheerful the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas so warm and cosy in the lobby area and the bar. breakfast was very nice good variety of food choice The only downside to our stay was our bedroom was very cold especially at night and we couldn't get the heating on not sure if it's set times throughout the hotel bed was lovely and comfy and the blackout blinds were great we had a fantastic stay apart from the room being cold no other fault could we find

Room was great....so comfortable and clean...

Staff in restaurant looked like they didn't want to be there.. I mentioned that we were gluten and dairy free when booking and when checking in... At dinner options contained either wheat or dairy... When it came to dessert all that was available was a fruit salad.... I've stayed in many hotels,and they were much better catered for diary needs... I was given a regular roll with my soup even though I'd said I was gluten free... We had 3 different people waiting our table,which was a bit odd.... Options for breakfast were limited too ,when you have dietary requirements...

Stunning hotel, rooms were spotless, spacious and had everything you could possibly need. Tea and coffee facilities, ironing board and iron, seating area, dressing table and a large tv. We had a double bed that was very comfortable and could definitely sleep 3. Rooms were excellent, bathroom had a bath and a shower. Staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. Breakfast had an excellent selection of hot and cold options, food was piping hot and freshly prepared there is something for everyone to suit all tastes. Location is excellent, close to the town centre, opposite and large retail park with plenty of variety of shops. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

I have nothing negative to say about our stay.

The room was clean, warm, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional, lots of choices available, all freshly topped up from the kitchen. Service at breakfast was friendly and helpful. The Irish brown soda bread was delicious. There was plenty of choice on the dinner menu for this vegetarian, and generous portions.

The dining room, for dinner, is very busy and could benefit from more space around the tables. The popularity of this restaurant is clearly obvious and the hotel might allocate a bit more space (some of the lobby perhaps?) to improve the enjoyment of conversation on meals out with friends and family.

Very nice breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. The pool is nice also the steam room and sauna. The staff was superb! And the location is so handy too.

We were unlucky to get a room just above the ventilation system... guess that's what it was, the room was very warm so we had to keep the window open during the night but you could hear the buzzing of the thing all the time. The other thing was the changing rooms at the swimming pool, the tiles are white so you could see any little dirt, so loads of hair around which was a bit yucky. And lastly... it would be nice if there was some sort of shower gel in the showers in the changing rooms.

The location was excellent stepping out of hotel across road from shops. Room extremely comfortable. Staff in restaurant at breakfast time all very friendly and helpful

Night staff were less than helpful in more than one occasion. One night my son was unable to sleep and wanted a drink. As no top ups of milk was provided when the room had been cleaned that day, and the vending machine was not working, we rung reception to ask if there was any chance of having a cab of coke either delivered to our room, or for us to come down to purchase one. The man said he didn't understand what we were asking. We repeated, a drink, and he again said he didn't know what we meant. When leaving the hotel, in order to get to airport early we left at 02.30hrs. nobody was on reception to officially leave our room cards with.

The staff were amazing and all so friendly. There was an ice machine on our floor. We had breakfast each morning which was buffet style with plenty of choice and it was kept topped up. Hotel is within walking distance of the town, it is also right across from a retail park with a pharmacy and many other shops. Our room was a good size with good shower and spotless. We will definetly return.

The bed and pillows were so hard that I found it hard to get comfortable. I requested soft pillows after 1st night and that really helped. I do think that is personal preference rather than a problem though. Water in the room was only given on the day we arrived and none after. Tea and coffee facilities were not topped up either.

Food was beautiful great service very friendly staff breakfast was perfect plenty of selections.

Hotel and staff were very friendly everything was just perfect. I was wanting to return but when I had checked out and left a member off staff rang to say we were under charged by €50 and could he take it off my card I said no I will call back when I check all out when I return home but money was attempted to be taken out of my card and I'm very disappointed. We paid on arrival but yet when we checked out and had left the phone call was made
