It has a fantastic 2 tier bar very spacious breakfast area and plenty of options. Staff were very welcoming and rooms were modern very clean and spacious. Also the cleaning staff that clean the rooms were very prompt in their duty and like to give them a special metion as well.

The heating was not on when we arrived, we rang reception and this was dealt with immediately. I suffer from gastric issues and found there was not much choice for people that can only eat plain food, however in a survey the management is taken this under review and this is not just this hotel this need to be addressed by every hotel and restaurant.

The bedrooms were very comfortable and had all the necessary facilities. Breakfast was very good. The staff very helpful and friendly. There were a few Christmas parties going on at the hotel; the bar was very busy but the staff managed it very well and did not wait long for my drinks order.

The main restaurant was closed so we had to order our food from the bar area which was very noisy. I ordered the pasta dish ( Rigatoni Arrabbiata with prawns) The rigatoni were overcooked and falling apart in a very liquid sauce. It was supposed to be an arrabbiata sauce but there were hardly any chillies in it and the prawns had just been added so had little flavour . My wife's choice of a Caesar salad was good.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. The bar food was delicious and the portion sizes were huge. The rooms were very clean. And as it was Easter week, they left a little chocolate bunny lollipop and a carton of apple juice in the room for thr child, which was a lovely touch

Thr only thing I could fault is the parking situation. You have to park in a public car park and the parking is not included in the price if you are room only. We stayed for 3 might and didn't move the car, and our parking would have been an additional €66, the girl on reception, thankfully validated our ticket and we only had to pay €20 euro. But still I find that having to pay for parking while staying in a hotel is ridiculous.

Beautiful Hotel, great facilities great staff. My kids loved the pool. The breakfast room was lovely and the food was great.

When I stayed I booked room only but subsequently had breakfast for 3. When I asked reception to validate my parking ticket they wouldn't and cited policy that room only doesn't include parking. I stressed that I had actually paid for breakfast and was told no sorry. It left a very bad taste in my mouth after a really lovely stay. Reception should have discretion to validate parking tickets without it being a big deal. My room was roughly 265e and breakfast was probably 30+ for 3, Surely common sense should have prevailed at the desk.

Loved this hotel! The value and facilities in the hotel and surroundings are just great! We had a spacious family room, kids absolutely loved being in the pool. Location is just perfect, where majority was walking distance, even with small kids

Not taking any points off the rating but few aspects to keep in mind: -kids club does not run if not many kids staying -pillows could be more comfortable -room temperature in the swimming pool should be higher -no air conditioner in the room but there's a fan that comes in handy. But with the windows open and being just above main entrance it gets too noisy at night

Our suite was so beautiful and luxurious! The bed was really comfy, the little tea and coffee dock was welcoming, the bathrooms were stunning, and the SHOWER.. unreal. We added on breakfast when we checked in, and it was well worth the money. I'm not normally a fan of hotel breakfasts but this one was very nice👌🏼

The ONLY thing I wasn't really a fan of was the clear glass in the bathroom which allowed the light in earlier than we would have liked🤣 But this was also part of the reason why I chose this room because I thought it was a beautiful feature, and it was, so I'm still glad I took it!

Lovely, comfortable hotel with nicely designed rooms and communal spaces. The leisure centre is a great facility with a big pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, plunge pool etc. Used the leisure centre in both the evening and morning as it was so nice. Hotel Bar is well run with good food and a mix of seating for all sizes of groups. Very good breakfast. Lobby smells so good.

These are small pointers in an otherwise excellent experience. 1) Would prefer to see parking included in price of room. At the moment you need to get breakfast in order to get parking paid. 2) Breakfast - a basket of toast with cooked breakfast would be good rather than having to wait at toaster. Would also like to be offered batista coffee or a pot of tea/ coffee rather than relying on self service coffee machine. Breakfast was very good so these are the small details that might lift the experience further.

Friendly staff, lovely decor. Very Comfortable bed with supportive mattress. Modern smart TV and smart phone, there was a water dispenser in the lobby of each floor and a jug in your room so you could fill your jug and bring it to your room which is environmentally friendly rather than having complimentary bottles of water. Leisure facilities were top standard. Massive pool with a separate kids pool, a plunge pool, very good jacuzzi (nice temp and good bubbles) lovely sauna and steam room. High end Hairdryer in both the leisure facility and the bedroom. Good location to the town too. Didnt have breakfast there so can't comment on food but I would happily stay again and highly recommend it.

Only thing is that the shower could do with being updated a little.

The hotel is lovely. Beautifully decorated. Ideal location. Comfortable.

This is not our first time to stay here and not our first time to eat in the hotel restaurant. But again, the service and quality of food in the restaurant is poor. Service is extremely slow (not great when we had tickets to see the show in the hotel) and the food is only okay. Overpriced and not great quality. Also, the hotel itself is expensive to stay in. We didnt bother with breakfast because the last time we stayed, breakfast was not good.
