Room was spotless with excellent bathroom, that are fully wheelchair accessible. Tea and coffee making facility in room. Bed very comfortable. Room has double and single bed. Communication from booking to arrival and after excellent. You just cannot go wrong if you are looking for a place to rest. great value for money cannot recommend highly enough. Just a stone's throw from The River Side Bar. if you a looking for a place to eat Food and service second to none with excellent service friendly staff

Well not that I did not like anything This is Just a suggestion. Only one chair in a room for two Never came across the model of coffee maker in the room. Could not get it to work. Some instructions from the user manual. would help. But that was down to me I am sure it works fine for them that know how.

For a boutique hotel, the room was exceptionally large. The beds were comfy, and even though the hotel is on the main road through Bunclody, it was extremely quiet. Charlie was a great host, very congenial and a mine of local information. The garden backs onto the Clody river and I'd imagine in the summer (I was here in November) is a great place to just chill out and listen to the river gurgling it's way by. Would definitely stay again.

On arrival we were greeted by Charlie who is very friendly and helpful. He explained how the key cards worked and showed us to our room. The accommodation was very clean and what we expected for what we paid. Very central location as it in on the main street in Bunclody just walking distance to the local shops, bars and cafes. I would stay here again and would recommend it for somewhere clean, safe and affordable!

We were pleased with everything but we realised there was no iron when staying which I feel is a basic necessity.

Our Stay We had a wonderful stay! The place was very nice and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a pleasant visit. Although we didn’t opt for breakfast at the accommodation, there are plenty of great options nearby. We especially enjoyed the convenience of a tasty fish and chips shop just a few minutes away. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located and cozy place to stay. Thank you.

We stayed for 3 nights [as we have stayed there many times before] rooms are excellent very clean ,tea and coffee facilities were good and they even put bottle water in as well [always comes in handy]Shower/bathroom excellent. The location was ideal for us as were visiting relations [in wexford,carlow and wicklow] And if you play golf , golf course is stones throw away. As in the past Charlie [owner] was always at hand if we needed anything and always helpful. Would highly recommend this property .

There was nothing not to like about this property. Just a shame they not allowed to do breakfast. But there is a lovely "cafe" on the other side of road that does a full Irish brekie

Cleanliness, Facilities, Staff were constantly there to assist, Doors had a card swipe lock which gave a sense of comfort. Fierce comfy beds, Kettle and tea bags for the evening cup and a telly to relax. A bath which was ideal for us playing sports throughout the week we got to relax.

I couldn’t give a bad thing I experienced about the property, everything was to a great standard.

A lovely hotel. Very clean. Our room was wonderful 😍 even had a proper Tassimo coffee machine with lots of coffee. Comfy beds with lots of room. Bathroom had a fantastic large Rainfall shower. Loved everything about this hotel. 5* in my opinion xxx

It was a shame there was no breakfast included but saying that there is a fabulous Cafe called Sugar N Spice just across the road which does a fabulous Irish breakfast and more. Breakfast menus are in the rooms of the hotel.

Loved everything about it. When I pulled up outside, my 1st impression was 'Oh Dear'. But when I walked down the laneways I was greeted with a lovely entrance. I was late arriving, and the front desk was unattended, so I didn't get to speak to the receptionist till the next morning. The bed was very comfortable, QS & single bed in the room. Shower was lovely and hot.

The bathroom door was very heavy and wouldn't stay open. I like to suggest that a door wedge is left in the room. The shower was over the bath and hard to get in/out of, especially as there were no grab rails (only the one in the bath which wasn't much help). The coat hangers were those silly one you can't remove so after I did some hand washing, I used sticky tape (that I just happened to have) to take the coat hangers to tge curtain rod so the clothes I'd washed would dry.

Central location, rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. very good value for money. Tea, coffee, water and biscuits on offer in rooms. Quick and hassle free check in. While there isn't always someone at reception it was easy to contact owner if needed.

They only offer rooms so have to go elsewhere for breakfast. This was easy to book and was just across the road. There are options to get a breakfast box made up to take away. However, there is no where suitable in rooms or on premises if you wanted to go down the take away route.

Beautiful clean spacious room at a very reasonable price. We were attending a wedding in ballon the following day so the location was perfect for coming and going to the venue, as well as being centrally located in a busy little town. We were facing out to the main street but there was no noise. The lady on reception was so accommodating, letting us check out a little later so we could make our appointments without having to get packed up first

The only inconvenience was that there was no lift so we couldn't take the pram upstairs... but we had been offered a choice of ground floor or upstairs and had said it didn't matter so that's on us! But just something to keep in mind if you have a baby with you who likes to sleep in the pram.
