we really empire our stay at Amber Springs. it’s my 3rd time to return. it’s perfect for families with kids or smallies. Check in was smooth & quick. We were upgraded to the Den room & was ideal for the 4 of us. Room was large & plenty space. Bathroom was lovely with bath for kids & toiletries were very handy& lots hot water. The pool is heated it’s perfect for small kids. Staff very friendly & accommodating. The staff dropped out more towels to our lounger as they ran out. family changing room is great too. wasn’t too busy either so booking is a good thing. the Italian was lovely & staff very nice. Especially Andrea was great with kids & made sure we were happy.,Breakfast was tasty & opened @7am so ideal for my early riser. Overall a very enjoyable stay & comfortable room. Lots to do, pool, soft play area, little farm, playground & go karts outside. the staff in shop were lovely so friendly. Would highly recommend to friends & family.,

the corridors were noisy at times at night. settled around 11pm but kids running around. not exactly hotels fault but parents should remind kids of older ages that smaller kids are sleeping. the soft play zone had bits of Pringles around it for the two day of our stay so it wasn’t cleaned very well. Again upto parents to not allow kids to eat in the play area. choking hazzard for small kids.

The facilities for families with young kids was amazing. Everything is spotlessly clean and modern. The food was exceptional. The attention to detail on the kids menu naming dishes by favourite cartoon characters was a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious and always greeted by friendly staff each morning. Beds super comfy, nice big rooms. Ideal location to explore the many wexford beaches and local attractions. Playground was brilliant and the staff organising the train ride made everything so friendly, fun and exciting. We love it there!

There were times when we were waiting almost 2 hours for our food to be served after ordering and with small children a wait like that can be tough but staff were exceptionally busy so we understood, but there was so apology or recognition which would have been nice. Otherwise staff were super friendly especially the lady working at the coffee shop in the hotel she was super kind to our children. Food and coffee top class.

To whom this may concern, I stayed in your hotel from Sunday the 15 of January till Wednesday the 18th of January all an all experience was great but unfortunately my pregnant partner and my 1 year old son has gotten food poisoning from your hotel it was the only place we have eaten yesterday and from 3 am this morning my partner and my son are extremely sick they both ate the same thing we had to leave the hotel complex early this morning because of this situation we are all very upset that this has happened my contact details are 0852161759 Many thanks shauna squires

That its does not state all activities for children that were advertised when booking that most were only available on weekends not during the week , all should be on throughout the week as children get bored doing the same thing everyday because what activities were planned for each day most were not available (midweek), also should supply mini fridges especially when offing to pay extra as needing to keep medication cool an having to keep it in the lobby fridge at reception isn't ideal when needed throughout the night

I thought the breakfast was amazing great value dare is so much to choose from different sections ,and how much you can take as you go ! Also food and drinks in main restaurant really nice gergous hotel lovely staff very central to main town which is only 10 mins walking distance ! Also when we arrived dare we got talking to a lovely girl named Carla worked at coffee shop dare so nice and polite telling me were places was things to do in gorey was really nice of her when first time staying hotel !!

there was a rude manager in the hotel he was part of the hospitality for dining in bbg bar and bistro only wanted a cocktail for my wife he was very rude and obnoxious we felt he sent us to the balcony bar myself and wife went without the kids and we should be allowed to a drink anywhere in the hotel of our choosing after all we are paying customers we ate there the night before will not stay in that hotel again after that experience 😡😡😡

Nice room and food, staff very friendly. An issue I had with access to a room was a bit annoying but I commend the hotel for contacting me to put it right immediately. This is a very good hotel, lovely food. Great staff and facilities, thank you Amber Springs.

Great for kids, lots to keep him busy even with the terrible rain.

Better to have waiters assigned to tables than all the different waiters covering all areas seemingly. It can be a little annoying when three different people asking everything ok within a couple of mins. Room wasn't especially clean. Sink was badly blocked and took ages to drain each time I uses it. Room needed a really good hoover around the edges.

everything was great. I love Ireland. I drove past the Amber Springs so many times, having lived there, or stayed with family friends in the past. I was pleasantly surprised . The room I stayed in was big and airy, I had a great view. The was a vast variety of food on menu s and breakfadt was yummy

Turned on jacuzzi on last night and water came out black couldn't be used Would be nice for my kid free time slots the swimming pool had it but nothing else very hard to enjoy meals and breakfast with screaming and crying kids in the area
