Location, its in front of Savidor train station, there are also a lot of bus stop around so you roam around the city with public transport. special mention to Ms. Anat She is so nice and very helpful so as the rest of the staff ah! the food it is superb ❤️❤️❤️

from when i walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to an executive suite without even asking for it. Kudos to Rona, the concierge-- i wanted a manicure and she found a technician who came to my room. Rona was exceptional and followed up to ensure that I was satisfied

i have a lot of online classes that I lead-- the wifi several times was slow and froze my connection.

The people of the hotel were superb!Εspecially the manager that every morning was around to see the guests and to talk with them!Also a very good girl from Greece Eleni,that was the hostess of our delicious breakfast!Very professional and very accurate in everything!We felt that we were in our home!

Location, cleanliness , decor

Fuses went out and hall light blew out! When I returned from a wedding at 12, the bathroom lights were out as well. There was no waste basket in the bathroom and tv would not turn on

The attitude was excellent. The staff was really professional. Any little problem had been solved instantly. The hotel, rooms, swimming pool were clean. Liked the gym also. Breakfast was good. Thank you. Will surely visit again.

The only thing I missed in the room's kitchen, was a milk powder to make some coffee. But isn't really an issue. I just had black coffee. 😊☕

Communication with staff at breakfast till was difficult due to language barrier

very nice staff members especially the receptionists and nabeel shaheen ,they knew we came to do an exam in tel aviv and they made the morning breakfast early at 6:30 !and it was free for all the students so we can eat early and leave for the exam, they gave us positive energy and motivation before the exam .10/10

Best staff everyone was so nice with a big smile, went for 2 nights with my husband and 10 month old baby big rooms verry comfy king sized bed would defently go back

Not the cleanest and modern hotel could use a renovation,, fresh but not a lot of option breakfast But it wont stop me from going back!

large and comfortable room

1. Very large bed. So large that the hotel could not get sheets to cover it properly 2. Tv started to operate by itself (maybe remote control unit in adjacent room) in the middle of the night. 3. Breakfast - the display was very impressive, but the quality was disappointing. When the hotel is in low occupation, it would be better to reduce the choise and improve the quality.

Big room, Huge and comfy bed, pretty view, A lot of breathing space

Needs a refresh, the toilets are super outdated and the AC does weird noises. when i entered the hotel and checked in I had a big box which was a activity for couples, the hotel staff opened it and checked it like its Airport security, Not something that need to happen, made me super mad!
