Room was well appointed with everything you need in it although quite small. Design was lovely. Did ask for more hangers which I never got but we managed. We got a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival and 2 free cocktail vouchers to use at the bar until 6pm which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant where you have breakfast, which is attached to the hotel was excellent. Choice and quality of the food was brilliant. You also get at 10% discount at other times if eating at the restaurant.

The pool area was very small and cramped and it felt quite claustrophobic. Didn’t enjoy sitting here. The pool is pretty small but fine as a quick dip to cool off. People put their towels on beds and chairs to reserve them which is frustrating and really ruins the whole experience of having this benefit of a pool. The housekeeping is a bit hit and miss with some things not being refilled and one day they forgot to put spare toilet paper.

The staff were helpful and very friendly. Very clean and in perfect position for everything. The breakfasts were great and the food generally was delicious. Rooms were small but adequate. Especially for a single traveller. I would imagine for 2 people the room would be quite small.

The pool area was very small and claustrophobic. Not many beds but very close together.

The hotel is beautiful. I loved the decor. The pool area on the roof is really lovely. The best part of the hotel is the food! The cafe downstairs and the restaurant on the roof both served exceptionally amazing food! Very good cocktails too. The staff at the hotel and in the restaurants were really lovely and friendly.

The first room we were in, the classic was so small. I have never asked to move rooms before but we had to upgrade on this occasion. The second room we were in was an ok size. The rooms are very beautiful though!

The position of the Hotel is perfect for walking around Tel Aviv with easy access to the public transportation rooms are cozy and well furnished, very clean. Staff super gentle and available for any kind of information and suggestions Breakfast is at the Mayer cafè which offers different alternatives all very good, it would have been nice to have an additional sweet choice. The rooftop is the cherry on the cake as not only has a nice swimming pool but also the bar and the restaurant are very very good, and all the guys from the waiters to the managers are super friendly and make everything perfect.

Rooms are small, there is little space for cloth hanging sometimes the attitude of the waiters and the Mayer cafe could have been better with a few more smiles.

The hotel was fabulous especially the rooftop bar and pool. The breakfast also wonderful with coffee and fresh juice included. We were travelling around the country and had one trunk with us. The hotel arranged so that we could keep the trunk there while we were travelling and we picked it up later when we returned to Tel Aviv. The staff was very helpful with recommendations.

Great location, lots of good restaurants, shops, coffee places, you can easily walk to the beach too. Nice rooftop bar, rooftop pool is also working and it is heated so it’s even possible to use it in winter. Rooms aren’t very big but cozy.

My room was on the first floor, windows to the street, so it was pretty noisy even with closed windows, I could only sleep with my air pods, so if you are sensitive to noise maybe ask room on the higher floor.

Every person working at Mayer House was extremely friendly. Great service. Excellent breakfast in a beautiful restaurant setting on Dizengoff Street (is a favourite restaurant with locals). The rooftop pool is beautiful (is heated) and has a great vibe to spend the day soaking in the city views. The location of the hotel is in walking distance to the beach, as well as beautiful Dizengoff Square with lots of boutiques and restaurants. The rooms are well designed, small but well appointed. I would stay here every time.

We booked the suite, and it was spacious, with a nice balcony to sit on after a long day. The beach is in walking distance, also the Carmel Market. The suite was very clean and even had a double shower. On the rooftop is a nice pool area to chill out. Nabav and Reut were very helpful with our luggage on checkout day. The area the Mayer House is located in is very lively with lots of bars and restaurants and lots of people in the streets in the evening hours.

properly hospitable hotel-the staff do go the extra mile. fantastic location right off Dizengoff square. cool bar/restaurant on the roof and a great cafe for a sensational breakfast. nice (very small-so don’t expect to do lengths) pool on the roof too. Rooms well designed, although still trying to work out why some of them have concrete pillars in the middle. comfortable beds.

Who goes to a hotel for the lobby?

very friendly and accommodating staff who were quick to respond to any request from the room or the pool. the hotel is in the heart of Dizengoff in an incredible and vibrant location. The rooms are so well sound proofed that if you need an escape from the hustle and bustle you can do so easily. Each day started with a delicious breakfast at Mayer House. With Tel Aviv being pretty expensive, I would recommend opting for the breakfast included option to set you up for the day. would 100% come back!

the rooms are a little small but if you are just using it as a base to sleep and rest briefly after a day in the sun then it is fine!
