Fantastic place to stay for a couple of nights. A bit off the track (we were heading to MacArthur) which also made it really quiet. The room was small, which we expected and was just fine. It faced the bush which meant it was extra quiet. The room is an older style, the bathroom is super small (which I absolutely expect at a Ibis Budget) and like a caravan bathroom. Didn't phase us at all. Ibis Budgets anywhere in the world are always full of surprises. Very clean, had everything we needed for our stay. Staff are lovely and friendly.

The bathroom scared me when I first went into it because the whole thing is plastic vac-formed walls! Once I learnt that it was fine.

It is exactly what you would expect for a budget motel. The rooms are small but the beds were comfy. We had three staying and it was a tight fit, but for somewhere to sleep close to a myriad of restaurants and the Lumeah Train Station it was great. The staff were cooperative and friendly.

I guess I would have liked a larger room, but it is a bit like buying a small car and then complaining about the lack of space. The shower/toilet floor had sagged a little allowing water to collect on the floor and it could benefit from a shower curtain. It was acceptable.

The young lady at reception was absolutely delightful and very helpful, she even helped my husband take our 2 bags around to our room while I went back to the car to get something, as we are both slightly disabled that just blew us both away as it is never happened to us before we are so grateful and thanked her for her kindness. OMG your bed was the best ever so comfortable we slept like logs, as we travel quite a lot but this is the first bed that we have found to bed the BEST 💯 out of 💯.

The room is good value for money. It was clean and tidy. The vent in bathroom had dust build up need a duster to clean that. But overall it's not bad. The toilet is small The size of a plane cubicle so if your plus size keep that in mind this maybe a tight fit for you. The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioner worked well. Staff were so lovely. The lady even helped me carry my bags up two flights of stairs thank you so much. If you need ground floor room you need to request that because there are no lift in the building. No microwave in the room. But there is one down stairs. Short walk from leaumeah train station.

I can't complain because it's cheap.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and tidy and I was even allocated an accessible room which was a surprise. And It was also great that the hotel was not to far from maccas and a servo And as I have cerebral palsy at breakfast the next morning the staff were so kind and helpful even a fellow guest helped me with my breakfast as my hands were shaking a bit I will definitely stay there again.

It would be great if there was a power point and usb point next to the bed to charge phones and devices apart from that all good

Very friendly staff. It was really nice to have a casual chat. The hotel is a bit old, but we heard no noise at night. It was very quiet. We would have liked to have protein at breakfast, but the pancakes and croissants were very good :-). There was no lift but we appreciated to have a parking place right in front of the building and plenty of restaurants in the area. The hotel location, close to the train station, is definitely an advantage.

I had to call the hotel ahead of time to advise that we were a late check in and a couple of hours later the hotel called to check in to see how we were travelling and to finalise the payment for the late check in. The staff were exceptionally friendly, pleasant, caring and were sure to wish us safe travels as it was the Easter weekend. I have not had such pleasant dealing with hotel staff in a long time and the team at this hotel should be proud of their excellent customer service and communication skills. I could not fault them. The free onsite car parking was a bonus and was easy to navigate. The hotel location was excellent for us as we came straight off the freeway and had to get back onto the freeway the next morning so this location was perfect.

The wooden stirrers supplied for tea and coffee. Would like to see something reusable and not single use throw away.

Staff were amazing. Organised a late check in for me, even put the heater on in my room for me so I was warm when I arrived after a very delayed train journey. Breakfast the next morning was a great way to start the day

If I have to pick anything it would be that there was no face cloths to wash my face and the power points were not near the bed, minor things but things I find great …. Won’t stop me from booking future nights here though 🙂

Staff were all friendly and professional - I met possibly 5 staff members. The availability of "public" microwaves and toasters was a wonderful bonus. Rooms were quiet. Breakfast for "continental" - I expected a packet of cereal and carton of milk and 2 slices of bread. Instead a great spread of yoghurt!!!! fruit, juice, raisin toast, plus ordinary bread - all over expectation.

Bathroom facilities were very tired - clean but needing some tlc.

Great size room, ice cold aircon, nice amount of amenities, clean and presentable, parking was not an issue and staff were lovely whom facilitated a late check-in (travelled from 4 hours away)

Bed wasn't the most comfortable and kind of sagged inward (creating a pool with walls) but was functional and I otherwise had no issue sleeping or any pains the following morning
