The Filipino staff were very accommodating, always smiling and assisted us on where to go, what to do in Dubai. Special shoutout to Rozaldo and our room attendant who left lots of bottled water in our room.

We checked out at 6:30 am and there was not a single bellhop who assisted us with our luggages nor hail a cab for us.

Good view from rooms but make sure you ask for view like canal or Burj Khalifa and high floors during check-in. Allow late check out & quick check-in. Anything u ask from reception very quick response. Shower handle was broken was fixed immediately. Very friendly staff.

Lot of stuff were not available in room, they were keep arriving every day. Everyday new housekeeping staff comes and they bring stuff one by one like toothbrush kit, another day sleepers etc. Pool is very small compare to rooms and guests and it's crowded in daytime. Lobby bar was more like a working office space instead of bar. Pastry shop doesn't have much of selection as a 5 star hotel. Not even 1 vegan dessert for such a huge 5 star property. In room dining takes lot of time to deliver your food specially if you order during busy hours can be close to an hour. In-room dining food selection is very very limited and same for Bakery.

This was my first stay in JW Marriott, Dubai. Being a frequent traveler in many countries, I've been always impressed by high quality services of Marriotts. I wish to highlight some of the best services I really enjoyed.Check- in was fast and smooth.They allowed me to early check in without any extra charges. All of the staff from the entrance to lobby and housekeeping are very attentive, polite and helpful. I wish to personally thank conceirge supervisor, Mr Luis. He is one of the best I have met in this hotel. Helpful, professional and keen to answer and slove all of my requsts, verbally or by email.I also wish to thank the other concierge supervisor, I guess from Serbia, who I forgot to note his name for arranging a taxi for my vist to Abudhabi.House keeping and room services was beyond my expectations. Twice a day, with extra attention to clients requests. During the morning breakfast I asked for Mint tea and I was really impressed when I saw that they have provided mint teabags for me in the room also. Since I arrived on 14th of Feb, I was suprised with the hotel valentine greetings: Chocolate cake, macarons and strawberry which I really enjoyed.The room was spacious, bathroon was big with both bathtub and shower, water pressure and temperature was good. Buffet Breakfast and dinner at Kitchen6 was great,variety of items to choose.

Based on my expectation from a luxury 5* Marriott, the hotel lobby is quite simple and not attractive. Since hote is a bit off the main road, the entrance is always full of clients waiting for taxi or vallet services. Each morning there was a long qeue for breakfast. I think the hotel should change this useless method of signing bills upon arrival and provide breakfast included packages or room numbered vouchers. The study table, plugs and warrobes need change and renovation.My room friedge wad not cold.More TV channels and online platforms like netflix should be added. Prime68 menu was overpriced and food was not as I expected. The room view was not interesting.

We paid for an ocean view room but when we arrived there were no such rooms available - they upgrade us but we did not get the ocean view that we wanted. Pay attention for the additional taxes as booking mention only 2 types and we were charged for mandatory 3 types of taxes (service charge of 103 aed per night)

Very comfortable beds, quiet rooms, breakfast is great.

What's the point of having a room with a balcony if it's locked, so you end up not enjoying the view or the balcony. We ate breakfast at the 6th floor twice because we were told that the first floor is full, the other days we asked to go in anyway, the breakfast is much better and it's not crowded at all, i didn't understand why they did that.

Almost everything about the hotel was exceptionally marvellous! What surprised us the most was the professionalism of the JW staff. It was simply the epitome of hospitality! Each and every time any interaction happened with the staff, irrespective of their roles, we were greeted with warm and welcoming smiles, were consistently supported and they were relentless in meeting every demand to the minutest detail! Everyone at the hotel always went above and beyond to make us feel at home! We couldn’t believe our ears, on the last day, they even called us by our names as they called our taxi for the airport! (They remembered our names!) Moreover, the views from our window took our breaths away. The location, the view from the pool area, the cleanliness, the consistent room service and in room dining services, almost everything was too perfect! No amount of appreciation would do justice to what we experienced at the hotel during our 10 days vacation in Dubai. We are beyond grateful to each and every individual in the team. For a short while, this place had become our home, and we would love to rebook in case we visit Dubai again in future. We wish the entire team all the best. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

staff are so friendly checked in with Abishek he was very polite and got us our room early. We paid to upgrade to Ocean view. This room was definitely worth it, the view of dubai in the morning and other sky scrapers to the side was amazing. Unfortunately if you want to see the Burj Khalifa you have to stick your head really close to the corner of the window, but its still possible. Lovely man called Gopi was there to help us take our luggage up, we often saw him downstairs and he would say hello. ALL STAFF here are equally kind, respectful and have the best hospitality skills. The cleaner was excellent always found the room clean and organised, he would even fold our clothes up. Just make sure you ask how the room service bell and do not disturb bell works because we kept pressing room service thinking it meant we are in the room. But that confusion was resolved when the housekeeping manager explained how the bell works. Its hard to find taxis at busy times of the day in Dubai but with this hotel it was the easiest ive experienced. They have a whole team outside calling taxis for their guests. Overall, everything was great, the room looked exactly like in the picture. I would definitely stay here again.

The all round staff gave exceptional service! Everyone assisted my wife and I with our little one. Always helpful and friendly. The room is very comfortable and quiet. The lifts work super fast. Many restaurants to choose from. Breakfast is excellent, with many options to choose from, although it gets very busy and can become repetitive if you stay for long. It's great for business people or couples.

Can't fault anything.
