It was absolutely fine for a four night stay. Travelodge type standard. Staff were all lovely. Room clean and functional. Free wifi. Only had breakfast one morning, it was OK, not outstanding. Free parking. Out of town, close to the airport, tram stop close by - easiest way to get into Bordeaux centre, And straight onto highways for other areas. No complaints, would use again.

It was fine, we only used it to sleep, we were out visiting other places during the day. I've not really got any complaints, the hotel met expectations for what we paid. The hotel is out of town in a largely commercial area, so no restaurants nearby, but we always ate out during the day so not an issue for us.

I can thoroughly recommend the Best Western. I only had a one night stopover and had to leave at 3 am before breakfast but.. The weather was atrocious. The hotel was a like an oasis. The room was light, very clean, well equipped with everything I needed. I liked the tea and coffee making, the breakfast are was a great place to work, the wi-fi worked very well, the shower was hot and strong. The airport is just a hop away as are the local shops. Booking.com have some work to do. I received confirmation of my booking from both the hotel and booking.com but on arrival found that I had not paid. This seems like bad business for these guys

It was perfect for my needs

Hotel chosen because of the proximity of a company to which I had to go. A large reception and the room on the ground floor with a view of the parking lot where the car could be seen at all times. The room has a large TV with screen. The modern toilet and shower with plenty of hot water. The buffet that is paid for right there at the reception has a variety of food. and especially a cheese board from the region of France with jam and lots of fruits. It is 15 minutes by car to the center of Bordeaux.

Very comfortable bed and very nice welcome for us, the lady was super nice and gave us some recommendations. Coffee in the room is a plus.

Breakfast is super hectic, the room is too small for this many people, a lot of waiting for refills and serve. However, breakfast has everything you’d like really. Towels are a bit thin for a hotel standard. It is a great value for price and we were happy with it.

it was a very clean modernized room. The price was great. The staff was great. They also spoke English. There was a coffee machine in the room as well. which was a nice extra. Perfectly fine for a pit stop and travel the next day again.

nitpicking: it has a walk-in shower. So watch it with the water. Before you know the whole floor might become wet :-)

Location in Bordeaux was easy to find and with safe onsite parking made the stay much easier. The staff helped with our awful Spanish and put us out of our misery very kindly. One of the most important things about a hotel is the bed, we found the beds to be very comfortable and well maintained. The continental breakfast was varied and prepared to an excellent standard. All in all keep on doing what you are doing. Thank you.

Nothing wrong.

We were a bit worried when we made the booking because there were no photos on the page. However, the room is better than our expectations. The room is sparkling clean and very comfortable with AC. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. They have private parking lot. We also love the soap and shampoo they provided. The scent is pleasant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They just did everything right. Highly recommended.

The water boiler is actually not very clean inside but it's not a big deal. Also the desk in the room is a bit small but there are many big and tall table in the restaurant can be used so also not a big deal.

Clean and very roomy. Good breakfasts and helpful staff. Good bathroom and cleaning facilities. Housekeeping staff excellent.

Location and access - bit hard to find because of location in semi commercial area but offset by all the favourable aspects of the hotel once inside.

Nice hotel, very helpful staff, comfortable parking, comfortable bed. The rooms are not big, but we traveled every day and came to the room only for sleeping. We stayed 3 nights in April 2023.

No big disadvantages were noticed.

The employees are exceptionally kind and accommodating, the environment is pristine and peaceful, and while the location is somewhat distant from the city center, transportation is easy thanks to the close proximity of the tram A station near the establishment.
