Clean room, nice staff, very close to Part-Dieu station where you can take the Rhonexpress for a direct connection to the airport. Would definitely stay here again for a future trip to Lyon.

This is a 3-star hotel which overdelivers its promise: location is 2 min walk from Part Dieu train station, but in a quiet area. Around 20 min by metro or tram, or bus from the different sights in the city center. Very welcoming reception, very good breakfast (would be good even for a 4-star hotel), newly refurbished and stylish rooms. The bed was ok, not excellent, not bad. Very good value for money !

I would not call it a shortcoming, rather information: The wardrobe was small, just enough for my clothes for 4 days. However, for 2 people the wardrobe could be rather small. I was not disturbed by the voices of the people in the neighbouring rooms, however, the doors were shutting very loudly - take your earplugs, if you are sound sensitive.

Firstly, the location is excellent and despite being close to the train station from where we had arrived, the area was not too busy and was quiet. We stayed on 2 occasions during a 3 week period. Reception staff on both of our stays were welcoming, good humoured, polite and put up with my poor attempts in French. The room overlooked a bright courtyard and the window could be opened - a real plus. It was clean, the bed linen good and beds comfortable but not quite long enough for my tall son, however, he still had a good night's sleep. The shower was good with consistent hot water and easy to use. both bedroom and bathroom were clean. Loved having a kettle in the room. Although we did not use the on site cafe, it looked good and is a welcome facility to have for people arriving who, for whatever reason, don't want to wander the streets looking for food.

The teabags and paper cups! Both the plain tea and flavoured were not pleasant. The coffee was fine.

In the perfect location close to the train station (yet not too close), the hotel isn't that impressive upon arrival but the room made up for it completely! The rooms have been newly renovated (including air-con), and are lovely, modern, and very comfortable! I really liked the decor and bathroom, and slept very well in the bed. Loved that there was a proper desk space, and that it was quiet. Breakfast was included and simple yet with warm and cold items, so enough to get your day started. Overall, for my 1 night transfer in Lyon, it was the right choice for me :)

My room met my needs and was lovely, but interesting the contrast between the rooms and the rest of the hotel. The reception and bar/eating area is a bit older, so don't let this put you off when you first arrive, as the rooms are comfortable.

The location is perfect - close enough to the main station but not too close to be affected by the hustle and bustle. Easy connectivity by tram and bus to anywhere in Lyon. The area has nice restaurants and a small park behind. When we were checking out, only one elevator was in service. As we were on Level 2, there was no space left every time it reached our floor. After half an hour of not being able to enter the always-full elevator, we alerted the front desk staff. Many thanks to Mr. Romain who personally helped us with our luggage down the staircase so that we could check out. Truly above and beyond!

We're not aware of any other hotel that charges €10 per hour for every hour's stay beyond the 11am check out time.

This was an ideal base for our overnight stay in Lyon as we are travelling by train on this trip and it is located directly opposite the entrance to the station. It was quiet, comfortable, clean and a very efficient stopover. We enjoy our afternoon in Les Halles and our evening in the old town. Getting an Uber was the easiest solution for us after a long night out but it is possible to walk if you so wish.

The breakfast options were ok though the coffee was very poor and the hot options of scrambled eggs and bacon were cold as the lids to the containers were wedged open. Guests were frying their own eggs on the griddle pan which was a good option.

The location is very handy for the main train station and tram to the airport, with lots of buses nearby as well as a bike hire docking station immediately outside the hotel. Staff were helpful and efficient. It was good value for money, especially with the relatively generous check in and check out times. The AC also worked well during a heatwave. I can't speak to the breakfast as we wanted to explore Lyon's food scene.

The room size was not enormous, but given what we paid, I wasn't expecting it to be. Although the bathroom was strangely large. The area around the hotel is not super interesting - quite quiet residential streets and then the station. But it's not too far to walk to some interesting areas or Lyon is very easy to explore by public transport or bike hire.

Easy access to the central train station, they’re happy to store luggage for free, the wifi is good, the rooms are a good size with luggage storage, a desk and space to unpack a bit, and the newly renovated rooms have smart TVs with Google chromecasts. I’d recommend this as a transit hotel if you need to stopover for maybe just one night in Lyon.

No fridge in the room, the room was cold but the thermostat wouldn’t let me switch from cooling to heating, and the bed was a bit too firm. The shower was really cold, too cold to wash my hair while staying there. It said 40 degrees but the shower definitely didn’t reach that temperature, and the bathroom is poorly designed so when running the shower water pours out onto the bathroom floor and under the door into the room.

The hotel is located very close to the main train station, which to me was very important not to loose time in transportation. Also the area counts with a mall and restaurants. The hotel room is very well renovated and distributed, toilet of a good size. The breakfast was good and the hotel restaurant was also good, even thou it wasn't completely operational. I met an adorable girl working in the restaurant that spoke several languages, she was very helpful and gave me a lot of city tips.

The room was small, but clean and comfortable and has the basic amenities. The staff were very professional and helpful. We did an overnight stopover so it was convenient since it is just across the Gare Lyon Part-Dieu, which facilitated our subsequent journey. I think the hotel is more suitable for couples and professionals, and not so much for families.

The bed was a little uncomfortable and the pillows could be improved for neck support. Otherwise, the hotel was value for money.
