I ordered food in my room from the hotel restaurant and I was amazed how good it was! I ordered again the following night 😁

Only one person at the reception most of the time, which can make things hectic sometimes. I ordered pizza from outside and it was at the reception for more than 20 minutes as the receptionist was really busy with other guests and forgot to call me in order to collect it.

This is not my first time in this hotel in TBS, because for my needs it has perfect location and also no credit card is needed for reservation. Staff is professional and kind. Bed is just perfect! Parking available, good service.

The price I should have been charged was higher than what I received from booking.com on the booking confirmation (on my reservation was written that taxes are included in total price). The mistake was fixed on my request.

Nice hotel, friendly stuff, amazing breakfasts and very good location.

It was very hot in the night, and it took us to come reception to get instruction how air conditioning works, since some things could have instructions in the room. But they didn't and it was not obvious how it worked.

Very kind and professional staff, and service in general; Perfect location - I could reach everything I needed even by walking; The room was clean and cozy, and there is even ironing stuff what is a big plus for me :)

Not so important, but I would mention a few things: The fantastic view from the 11th floor was slightly spoiled by the not-so-clean windows on the outside; The price given on the reservation is without VAT.

The location is superb. Not far from Freedom Square. Carrefour just opposite and lots of dining options nearby... Wendy's, Domino's, KFC etc. Quiet well furnished clean rooms. Excellent breakfast.

Reception staff are just okay. Room service staff is a different story. Have to repeatedly call for little things. Not very polite. No response to thank you, just hang up.

Most of the Staff were very helpful, specifically Mariami in Reception she helped us maneuver by advising the best places in Tbilisi, on our last day the receptionist (don’t know her Name) offered umbrellas 🌂 for us even though we checked out. The place was very clean and Comfortable… and very quiet.

The shower pressure was a bit weak.

Rooms were nice and clean. It was a pleasant stay with good WIFI facilities.

Breakfast was limited for vegetarian and not worth the money. We stayed for 4 days and informed the supervisory staff about the breakfast but no improvement.

Receptionists are professionals...Megi,Mariami, Sandra and the evening shif too are professionals all staff in general House keeping are very good Restuarant staff are friendly and helpful Mr Nico , Luka , Elen , Ani and the food is delicious well done

There is no one to carry bags while check in or check out

Nice location and area. Beautiful park nearby

No amenities upon arrival. You have to call the reception. Took them 12 hours and 3 reminders to bring slippers and cotton pads
