We had the best visit to Hilton Hiroshima. I will definitely stay here again if given the chance. The room was absolutely gorgeous. The beds were the most comfortable we slept in during our trip to Japan. The bathroom was clean and spacious and the shower/ tub was perfect for relaxing after a long trip. The food and service was impeccable!

The only downside was that this hotel was a little bit outside of the main downtown area, so it was a bit of a walk to get there. However, it was quiet and had amazing views.

The Staff was phenomenal, the facilities great, from Pool to Jacuzzi and Gym, to multiple Restaurants, Bars and an Executive Lounge, this Place has everything you want to see in a Hotel. The Room was as big as 1 room apartment, the bathroom spacious and the big window with a bench in front on which you can just sit and look at the seaview - simply amazing. It was a great experience and definitely many steps above your run of the mill hotel.

Dust behind the TV. Sounds nitpicky, but dust behind a TV can still affect airquality in the room. It wasnt horrible, but still could be something to clean more often (even if its obviously hard to reach - But having literally white dust caking the cables and back of the TV cant be good) We changed room, our Premium King Room had some odd black stains on the pillow cover, which LOOKED like mold. Cant confirm if it was mold, but it was definitely a pillow cover that should be thrown away. Thats why I removed a small point for Cleanliness - Everything else was great.

Great value for money. Ayami-san helped us at check-in and was so friendly and kind, even though she wasn’t feeling well (hope she’s better now!). She also arranged a higher-floor room for us, which was really nice. The room was huge, clean, and felt brand new. Everything was perfect, and I’ll definitely stay at Hilton Hiroshima again when I bring my parents next time.

The only downside was that our room didn’t have a bathtub, and we didn’t bring swimwear since it’s winter. Unfortunately, nowhere sells swimwear this season either. It would be great if the hotel offered swimwear for customers.

Excellent and helpful staff, beautiful room and view. Lovely café in the lobby. We stayed for New Year's Eve and the staff threw a party in the bar, they did their best to make it special. They forgot to set up the third bed in our room, but noticed and rectified the mistake immediately. Faultless service. Good location for walking to the peace park/dome and convenient bus ride from the main station.

We had dinner at Mozaik - again, the staff were wonderful, but the food was just okay. It wasn't bad, but in comparison to other hotel buffet's such as at the Intercontinental, it wasn't amazing. I'd probably give it a miss next time.

The only reason I’m answering this is because I can’t believe the difference between the Hilton in Hiroshima and Nagoya. It’s like night and day. Hiroshima Hilton was a completely different experience. Nagoya Hilton is like a 5/10 best compared to Hiroshima which is give a 8/10 or even a 9/10. I’d give it a 10/10 if the breakfast buffet was good. Nagoya Hilton pretty much lacks everything. The rooms are outdated and provide nothing but a place to sleep in. The rooms in Hiroshima Hilton were what would be expected from a 4/5 star hotel. So if you’re staying in Hiroshima Hilton then yes you are in for a good experience but if you stay at the Nagoya Hilton then don’t expect anything but a 3 star experience at best.

Food at the restaurant

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. The pool especially was a haven to escape from the summer heat. We tried the dinner and breakfast buffet at Mozaik, both good but dinner was excellent. Happy hour at Zatta was great, very good wine list, and a quick coffee and pastry at Flow in the lobby was the perfect start to our day. Wonderful service, comfortable room and beds, and a really lovely bathroom all meant we wished we had stayed longer.

The only small thing was no water coolers to fill the kettle or our bottles was a bit of a pain. This was standard at all the other hotels we stayed in, so it was surprising not to have it here.

The hotel is rather big and new, nicely decorated. The room was very nice, clean and cozy, especially the sofa near the window. The bathroom was nice, but a bit too little for two people. A very nice bar.

The closet in the room was a bit limited, especially for people traveling with big luggages. Rather average cosmetics. The staff was very friendly and helpful, however sometimes seemed a bit disorganized (i.e. for the breakfast or at the checkout). Breakfast itself was rather good, though with limited selection, also too crowded. Other hotels with local brands were stayed in Japan were better organized and provided much nicer breakfast, therefore Hilton could really learn something from local hotels in order to provide better services to its customers.

The staff were amazing. We had a medical incident with our child, staff went up and beyond to help us. Our room was cleaned daily, the room and amenities were very clean and tastefully decorated. The pool and sauna was an added bonus for us to unwind after a very hot day sight seeing. Local supermarket/mall across the road, super handy. Daily breakfast was fresh and plenty of variety. We loved our stay. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in, in a long time.

Pricing in the bar was definitely tourist pricing. Premium.

Every single detail in this hotel was taken to the perfection. We felt welcomed and been treated like a VIP eventhough we were just an ordinary tourists. Hotel have really nice and spacious rooms (we booked a Deluxe room with king size bed). Everything was super clean and house keeping done every day to perfection. As we booked the room with half-board dinning we enjoyed the breakfast as well as dinner at the hotel. Meal was good, so the dinning area.

Just a small suggestion…please work on the in room lighting. The lights were to dim to even read not to pack all the luggage.

Hilton Hiroshima is the pinnacle of affordable luxury . I stayed only 2 nights and honestly I felt I should have stayed longer. The room was spacious, clean, with all necessities. The toilet is something from another level, I have never seen something like that. Also, the room is modern and we had a fabulous high floor view over the city. The location is fantastic. Close to many attractions, walking distance, gardens and restaurants. Special thanks to Yoriko from the front desk. She is the kind of person you want to have attending you. Amazing attitude, attention to detail and helpful. One of the best people, if not the best that I met in the service industry. Also the pool and spa area are amazing. You have to try them!

There is nothing I did not like about this property. This property is perfect.
