The staff was friendly Clean Very Good location

The third day of my 2 weeks trip a problem happened with the internet and it was back but very bad . The internet had major problems for more than 10 days. When I asked they said the problem with the whole area but unfortunately the cafe near the hotel ‘diar’ was working perfect. Each time they change the password and still not connecting . The cell phones worked well only in the lobby but not in the rooms. Since it was a business trip with a lot of communication I had to stay in the lobby or leave the hotel for long times to get connected. It was my third visit in the same hotel but this internet problem really disappointed me a lot

The Omani Ladies at the receptionist did not understand English well (I guess they were trainees), but the problem was later solved by an Indian Gentleman... The breakfast needs to be improved in terms of quality and variety.

We really liked the location and it was very easy to check in. There were a lot of shops near us and it was wonderful that the LULU market was right below us. The water pressure was very good in the room and it was so nice having a washing machine and kitchen in the family room. The family room was nice and big and we were so happy to have the walk-up shower for my mother-in-law. That was great!

Well, we did like our room, but it was a little dated. We were given a room way down the hall and would have liked a more modern family room closer to the elevators. I'm not sure if all the rooms are the same on the 4th floor. It was a long walk for my mom-in-law every morning to the breakfast so we just brought her food each morning back to the room. The wifi connection was a little spotty in the hotel so sometimes the T.V. went out. It would have been nice to have SMART t.v's in the room with NETFLIX, like other hotels. But this was okay, we had local cable.

Hotel is central, clean, and modern. Check in and check out were simple, and I expect the value for a central hotel in Muscat was good, considering we had 2 adjoining rooms.

Breakfast was chaotic! Very few wait staff around, we had to circle the room thrice to find a table, and even then had to ask the lone waiter to clear the used dishes and wipe the crumbs. Both coffee machines were full of grinds and without milk when we came 9:00, so the first coffee it made us was awful and muddy. There was no staff around to ask for support. Choice was varied and good.

I really enjoyed my time at the hotel. They were very helpful and accommodating from the moment I arrived until I departed. The facility was very clean and it sits right next to a hypermarket, which was cool for getting snacks and drinks before my adventures. Room service was also really cool. I ordered twice and both times they got the order right and it was just overall a great value for what you were getting. I'd highly recommend this location as it is close to many things. You can walk to restaurants and go shopping nearby.

It is a nice stay, big property, free parking, nice staff, clean, big rooms, nice pool,lots of restaurants around. Lots of good restaurants around. It is more commercial and food center of Muscat

Jacuzzi and saunas were not working. If you do not have a car, you have to take a lot of taxis. There is nothing around. You cannot even walk to beach.

Stuff are friendly, responding very quick for any questions. The location is perfect, almost all service are near in that area, rooms were clean and size of the rooms is good.

1-Even that rooms(2 bedroom Apartment) were nice, but 2 rooms AC control are in 1 remote, and we as family some of us they don't want AC and some need the AC, so this was a negative point. 2-it's difficult to find a car parking around the hotel, specially on weekends. In general, this place is one of my favorites hotels in Muscat and hope to stay on it again next time.

The location is accessible, there is grocery in the basement, there is money exchange also. There’s a lot of parking space available in this area. The rooms were spacious it says there 1 bedroom apartment but there is maids room with available bed and bathroom, there are beds also in the living room, kitchen is clean and with complete utensils that you will be needing to cook. There is washing machine and balcony that you can hang your clothes. Staff were amazing and attentive. All in all the experience was great!

Just some areas need to cleaned thoroughly

Clean and friendly - the male checkin staff could do with a little more friendliness though - the breakfast is very good and the breakfast staff are exceptional (especially the omelette guy!).

the bathrooms on the 5th floor are dated and the showers leaks into the floor - we had to use towels to stop water escaping onto the floor - we did bring to the attention of Hotel so hopefully some remedy is in place

- Good service and support from hotel staff - Good AC, I could manage temperature - Well equipped kitchen - Fresh water daily in big bottles (1,5l) - Nice pool and gym

- I had problem with internet in first room and noise in second room. So third room was good
