The greeting and service upon arrival from Joanna was second to none and set the tone for the trip. Joanna was extremely helpful, enthusiastic, and a pleasure to deal with. Once settled in, Courtenay was the bar/ kitchen staff member we never knew we needed. She went above and beyond her role to make sure our needs were met. We will definitely be returning to Hilton Culver City due to the above and beyond service provided by both Joanna and Courtenay.

My check in was substandard for a hotel of this class. The desk person gave no additional information about amenities that the hotel had to offer. Just the bare minimum information and communication and not very welcoming.

Centrally located, friendly front staff members.

$45 per day parking - no extra charge for in and out - is a great value. However, we had to wait more than 30 min to get our car on a weekday off peak hours. There is NO self parking lot. Amenities are not like other Hiltons.

Our room was nice, but a little worn in and the toilet was leaking throughout our stay. However we did y realize until our last day and once we did - the response was efficient and fast from staff.

Our Breakfast server (Anna....) I can't recall her name was excellent. She waits on us right away. food came quickly. I am amazed she remembered all 3 of us each AM down to exact beverage as well as food choice. fantastic memory, so pleasant and always smiling. The best!! Valet was terrific > Always on time. Servers at bar lounge were very friendly, always made sure we had order for food if we wanted.(I am bad with names but he did live in Florida). Terrific staff!! Made our stay very happy and we felt well taken care of!! Front desk was nice.

The hotel staff was great. Whatever we needed, they were able to help us with. My only complaint was that our room was located near the freeway and we could hear the traffic at night. So, if book a room at Hilton Los Angeles-Culver City, ask for a room that is away from the freeway.

The staff really helped me out. I arrived in my rv and was concerned about the parking situation. They assured me that it would be no problem and that the valet would be able to help me park it in there lot. Since i had experienced problems in the past with other hotels this helped make our check in go smoothly and added to our wonderful stay. Thank-you for the great help!

Excellent customer service by all team members. Very courteous and helpful front desk staff and Valet staff. The location was convenient and there were restaurants across the street. Everything was clean. The room we checked into initially did not have working heat. The staff was quickly responsive in moving us to another room. Will definitely stay here again when visiting LA.

Hilton Los Angeles - Culver City is in a great location and not far from attractions around LA. The staff was amazing throughout the whole stay, needed to extend our stay by a few days and the process to do so was simple, seamless and fast. The valet staff were all amazing and always did so in a timely manner. Lot’s of reviews complain about road noise being the hotel is right next to the 405 but the rooms are pretty sound proofed, heard little to no road noise and you don’t get any noise from near by rooms. Being right next to the 405 makes for fast travel around los angels. Room was clean and well laid out, could have used a microwave but that was no issue as they heave one in the lobby. Pool was still closed at the time but was not a bother as it was known before booking. Over all was a great experience and the service was amazing will definitely be staying again!
