loved the location!! so close to anything you want for walk of fame/Santa monica all within Uber distance - central enough location so not lots spent to get where we needed to go. clean rooms, air con was TOP and never caused issues. kindest bar lady (blonde hair) that couldn’t have been more helpful in telling us where to go/what to do! she was a delight to see in the evenings

our keys stopped working one day so we went back downstairs to get new keys, when we left that day I took the wrong set instead of the new set out. when we came back that night and we realised we went downstairs to get new keys again and we’re met with a very annoyed receptionist who told us if we forgot again she would charge us? tainted the whole stay if I’m being honest. otherwise the hotel and the rest of the staff were amazing.

The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was really spacious and had everything we needed.

Perhaps the room could be a bit more inviting e.g lighter colours and a comfortable chair. The bathroom door was very noisy!

The staff were… amazing. All of them. Especially the day-time receptionist, she was incredible. great location. comfortable bed.

The floor can seem a bit dusty and you should add some snacks available 24/7 😊

It was located close to the event we were in town to attend. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice Shower! Loved the blackout electric shades! Loved the robe! Housekeeping was very kind and helpful. Walking distance to a variety of things, just be sure to walk west!

The front desk assistant when we arrived apparently doesn’t like her job. She was rather rude and not at all helpful. Seemed like she was being inconvenienced by my checking in. Other staff was very friendly. Being on the ground floor, especially after receiving a confirmation email that we would be on the 2nd floor. Rooms are a little small, maybe designed more for 1 person. The homeless population to the east of the hotel.

I would stay here again. I enjoy walking and exploring while on vacation. I could walk to Hollywood Boulevard or Santa Monica Boulevard, or back along Sunset after a breakfast on the strip. An Uber to West Hollywood or down to trendy Fairfax or the LACMA is easy and not too expensive. Great for a fun first time to LA, or a short trip. The staff were lovely.

Not much. A little bit of guest noise. I imagine in summer the bar will get busy. But after staying out in the suburbs the city bustle was kind of welcome.

Good location.

They barely cleaned the rooms.. They changed sheets and towels every 3rd day unless you noticed them. They didnt empty the bin or fixed the sheets on the other days..

Pricing at the hotel was reasonable & the staff were really helpful.

I wasn't a fan of the location, it felt unsafe during the evening. The layout of the rooms were quite uncomfortable & I was double charged on my stay which was later refunded.

It’s convenient to where a family member lives. In the heart of the West Hollywood area.

There was a dripping sound on the ceiling from the roof above. It rained a lot while I was there.

Very clean room, fridge and Coffee Maker

1) Although the continental breakfast was included in the Booking price, we had to order it every morning and even one day the Hotel did not serve the breakfast at all (they told us they did not have). 2) We arrived at 2:15 PM and had to pay more than 57 USD for early Check in (normal Check in is after 3 PM)

I'm not sure why this hotel got so many low-rate reviews. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. They made sure we had all we needed and that we were comfortable from check-in to check-out, fast service too! Our King Room was great! Nice comfy bed, complete room with tv, alarm clock and AC. The bathroom was fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryer that came in handy. We didn't use the amenities (outside bar/lounge) but everything was clean and polished. Would stay again for sure, the location was perfect for my needs in West Hollywood.
