I LOVED that I and my (VETERANS ADMINISTRATION/EMOTIONAL SUPPORT DOG, "BABY", were able to stay together! We were centrally located on the 1st Floor, near an Exit making it so much easier to take her out on her "Time Schedule!" as well as in being close to the Exit to Unload/Load our luggage!! The included "Continental Breakfasts" were ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS, HOT and, INVITING! ALL DIETARY NEEDS WERE ACCOMMODATED TO THE FULLEST! The PRESENTATIONS alone made my "mouth water EACH MORNING"! The CHEFS were very friendly, professional and available to receive my "Praise for their OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!

Close to our family in town. Staff at the front desk were exceptional. Very clean. Loved the fruit in the morning. Happy to get a Sleepy Time tea at the end of each day. Thank you.

2 Lidocaine Roll-On over the counter pain relief bottles went missing from our room. 1 was brand new. Both were right next to the TV. Had to go and buy more for my Arthritis. Stayed here last year and everything was perfect.

The breakfast may have been the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel in my life. The variety and quality was top tier and the staff assisting us were very attentive!

Literally none complaints. Some suggestions for us personally: larger bath towel options, and possibly a thin pillow option. But those are personal preferences and this was one of the best hotels I honestly have ever stayed at. Disney resorts included.

The staff was so nice! Our hosts for breakfast went out of their way to make sure the food area was clean. They walked around and asked if there was anything we needed. Tip these ppl bc they truly deserve it!

I don’t rly have any complaints other than our key card not working each time we tried to enter the building. Someone was always there to help.

We enjoyed all aspects of our stay with one exception, room service. We had to request clean towels and additional soap. The front desk reacted right away, it just surprised us that it was not automatic.

The kids loved the breakfast, especially the yogurt cups. The staff were friendly.

I didn't like that my room wasn't cleaned the whole time, I had to keep asking for towels and never received any bags for trash, so when we left we had Walmart bags filled with trash. The fridge started leaking water as well. We didn't have room keys the first day we were there because every set we tried didn't open our door. The mantinece guys had to come replace the battery on our door lock after trying 5 or 6 different key cards!

I liked that breakfast was on the premises and it was very good. Pleasant and courteous staff. Convenient location

No grab bars in walk in shower. Room not cleaned or straightened and toiletries and towels not replenished unless I asked. Could not always find staff to do so.

large room, great breakfast (Greek yogurt!), convenient location. great walking areas for dog. We traveled with my dad who is in a wheelchair and he appreciated the uncarpeted hallway section to the door which was a lot easier to traverse than carpet. He also said the disability access room was great, one of the best he’s stayed in!!

pillows are very uncomfortable, chunks of styrofoam, yuck!

Breakfast was great - lots of variety. Front desk personnel were extremely helpful and very friendly. Room size was perfect for our needs. We got a room where we wanted based on our desires and the hotel's constraints.

One lady that worked in the breakfast area was rude. We avoided interaction with her after our first day.

The breakfast was very good a lot of selections better than any other hotel I stayed at . Lots of parking for your guests front desk staff were very helpful.

The pool was smaller than expected. I wish that it was bigger and had more shallow feet. I don't know if the hotel offers late check out.
