What breakfast?? Loved that the elevators served different floors. Service at the pool was fantastic! Andrew made us feel like regulars.

Disappointed that the lazy river was under construction & not given a heads up. It was a big reason we chose the hotel.

very nice hotel, clean. kids friendly, my kids enjoyed all the pools, and especially water slide. the food is good too, and surprisingly not too expensive.

There isn't much to not like, plenty of restaurant choices in and around the hotel. The pool area was nice, the rooms and nice sized, neat, and clean. The elevators don't take a ridiculous amount of time even the the hotel itself is huge. The staff was very accommodating, this was my fist time traveling alone due to a recent disability. Not only did the staff help me with my luggage while I waited in line to check-in, they also made sure that someone was able to transport my luggage to my room. The extra bonus was staff informed me of a scooter service that would deliver to the hotel. It made my stay extremely more tolerable than what I imagined it to be due to my limited mobility.

The hotel is large enough to not charge for Wi-Fi.

I decided to stay at the Hilton as it was close to the Orange Convention Centre. I was in Orlando to attend a conference and to take my grandson to Disney and Universal. The room was wonderful- quiet, clean with comfortable beds. It was good having a refrigerator available in the room and a Walgreens within walking distance. The pool was lovely with my grandson enjoying the lazy river while I sipped a drink from the poolside bar. They had yummy non-alcoholic frozen drinks that my grandson enjoyed. I did not realise that I was supposed to check-out, and the team were absolutely wonderful. It was so very stressful as the Australian Dollar does not stretch that far against the USD, and they were excellent! If I would have had more money at hand, I would have stayed much longer.

It would have been nice if the slide at the pool was open as my grandson would have liked to use it. I didn't ask about breakfast options, so I'm not sure if there would have been anything that was reasonable, and I could not afford buffet prices.

Kids love the pool area, its big enough that even on a busy day you don't feel cramped. I love that the slide gave my son the option to wear a life vest due to his height instead of just turning him away like some places. The hotel and outdoor areas are all beautiful and in a great location with entertainment and great food near by.

Not a big deal but the towels are poor quality and it took a while to get extra towels to the room for showering. Due to their level of business, I had to call a few times to get room service up.

Loved the pool and lazy river, that's what brought us there.

Service at the pool was difficult. I walked up to order at the bar since no one had come by my chair for atleast 10 mins, and was told to go back to my chair and they would send someone my way - waited another 10 mins until she came to take my order and then another 10-15 to get my drink. 30-35 mins to get 1 drink is a little ridiculous in my opinion. They could probably make a lot more money in food/bev if they had more staff.

The pool was beautiful! There was lots of things to do for my 6 year old grandson. There was still nice offerings for the rest of us. We rented a Cabana one day and that was fun and relaxing. The staff was really friendly every where in the whole hotel no matter what time of the day it was. There was a 24 hour shop with food and beverages, pizza, wings, and such until 2 in the morning. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I would definitely go back there.

The parking getting in and out , you had to show your room key and that took a lot of time. There was a wait of over 15 minutes one night.

the pool area and all entertainment available the rooms were great staff was friendly and extremely helpful the 24 hr market is a great idea and we enjoyed it a lot

the quality of the food from the restaurants was awful and SO over priced--- unfortunately making it cheaper will also not make it actually taste good SO I think best work on the food itself and bring it to a level people are happy to pay premium for it.

Very nice property. Staff was excellent. Pool wait staff very friendly and available for any requests.

Ac in my room kept turning off. Never got cooler than 75. Someone several rooms down was playing music VERY loudly until after 1 am. Called reception but no one ever came to address with the people.

I liked the fact that the hotel was connected to the convention center so it made working at MegaCon a much easier experience. Also, I appreciate that the Hilton is friendly to ESAs (Emotional support animals). The staff was also super friendly and they were able to secure us an early check in for our room. Everything else was exceptional and we will definitely be staying again.

Booking didn't include or mention the add-on charge for extras (like room service and so forth), so the fee was much higher than what was posted when I booked. This forced me to do some last minute budgeting. I was able to, but I'm certain others can't and this could ruin someone's vacation. So please, make the added charge be known up front when booking.
