Very clean and well-kept location. Staff was nice and helpful. Check in was extremely easy. The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. The floors, Kitchen area and bathrooms were immaculate.

Location. Would’ve liked to been able to walk to a few stores. Of course it cost more than some other hotels but I guess you get what you pay for.

Location, and i enjoyed the comfortable place. It had everything i needed to stay at a place and didnt dislike nothing about the room.

The staff, well not all of them but a few. I remember the lady who checked me in was sweet. Super sweet and the guy who helped me check out was very nice as well. No complaints about them two but there was a lady who i bought a lotion from and she gave me a i not so good vibe. And then there was a younger huy working in the kitchen to sell food and he was not nice. He was very rushy towards us and he additude was not so good.like I understand maybe not having a good day but this guy gave us a super bad additude even my wife was like id rather go eat somewhere else where i wont recieve an additude like this. Im sorry but that just didnt sit well with me so i left outside. Other than that not a bad expierence.😁

We did not eat breakfast. We just grabbed some fruit and some juice inside the Pantry area. We were running late to meetings, so we did not have enough time to order food. I did plan to order the avocado toast with an egg atop but did not have enough time.

The bathroom at the main pool attached to the bar was dirty. It ran out of toilet paper and paper towels too. The floor was very wet from guests using it just after swimming. It was slippery and posed a falling hazard. It was just gross to use as the seat was wet, it smelled inside and needed to be cleaned. Also, due to renovations, the main building bathrooms were not working and we had to go outside to the workout facilities to use the bathroom. It just so happened that two of the days it was pouring rain and not super fun to go outside while getting ready for business meetings. Lastly, the bar and food service closing at 9 p.m. is not convenient for guests. It would be ideal to stay open until 11 p.m.

close to the convention center. valet parking and other services were superb. bartenders made some excellent drinks.All around guest services was exceptional and made the stay well worth it.

lack of available food and drinks after midnight made my stomach feel abandoned. the suite room didn’t have big enough garbage cans or bags. the Wi-Fi could be better for the tv so we could stream in our free time at the room. some of the remotes don’t work all the time or consistently for the tv. need more jacuzzis one isn’t enough

I went to this location for Megacon, which is right across the street. The hotel was half the price of the Hilton Orlando and just as comfortable as that location. The room, hotel, and pool area were all gorgeous and inviting. I WILL be coming back to this hotel.

This isn't really the hotel's fault, but if you are attending any convention at the Orange County Convention Center across the street, please be aware that the crosswalk at the time of writing this is not your typical crosswalk. You have to press a button on a sign and there will be signs blinking to alert oncoming traffic of pedestrians. Many drivers will not pay mind to this and you will have to pray that someone stops for you. Again, THIS IS NOT THE HOTEL'S FAULT! This is a matter of the city of Orlando!

Th updated rooms were wonderful.

This was the only place I have ever been to that has an insect problem outdoor lounge and pool area. I get it is summer time and Florida can become very much popular with insects,but it was a first for us that I stayed somewhere with not enough control over it.

The pool area was very clean and the set up was awesome!

The restaurant was not open. We were able to order food at the bar and eat at the tables in the lobby, the food was excellent. I would have been nice to have a restaurant seating area though.

Sophia,at the front desk helped me call for my first Uber ride. She was outstanding. I was also able to check in early.

The view from my room was of the roof of another building. The shower was hard to switch from the shower head to the handheld shower.

our room was beautiful. we had the two bedroom suite and had more than enough room for a family of 6.

I loved the activities that they had for the kids. My boys loved the activity room. The Mahi sandwich was exceptional.

Very clean and staff went above and beyond to help… pool area was nice… bar/food was good as well… room service was closed due to pandemic but the hotel restaurant was open, just had to order and kick it up your self which was no big deal…

Hot water was an issue but again, not enough to complain about since it was just me but had my wife and kid been with me, it would have been an issue
