clean and comfortable rooms

the breakfast was extra charge to get decent one. what is not mentioned when we purchased the nights, it does say breakfast not poor breakfast and extra charge for the hot breakfast

Lots of amenities… Room, pool area, bars and restaurant were excellent. You would not usually think that you would find a really good restaurant in a hotel but the Laguna Restaurant an exception. It was wonderful. AND the staff is outstanding as well. Special shout out to Emily, Mishkak and Ashly! Seriously, the customer service that we received at the Hilton DoubleTree at SeaWorld was superb! BTW, if you are visiting SeaWorld, then this definitely your “go to hotel”. The entrance to SeaWorld is just a short walk from the hotel.

There was NOTHING to dislike

I live in Orlando and have had many, stacations. I have stayed at hotels that cost more with less professionalism and have to say that my stay, with my family was absolutely wonderful. Shot out to Carlos, at the front desk for his amazing guest services. I'm sorry for not remembering everyone's name, but every single service employee that I encountered was delightful. Great manners and exceptional attentiveness. Every restaurant had amazing food and ordered from all 3. Breakfast with the buffet, was amazing. Thank you for the excellent vacation stay. Highly recommend.

Nothing to dislike.

I loved this hotel although I am reviewing very late, I booked it in the lead up to Christmas and the hotel itself was very Christmassy. It was beautifully decorated and really got me into the Christmas spirit. It was close enough that everything could be reached by car or even walking (a bit of a longer walk but I didn't mind). The rooms were perfect and the hotel had a lot of on site things like a coffee shop, restaurant etc. You could access pretty much everything you wanted and the staff were very helpful from check-in to check-out. I would recommend that this hotel was very good value for money and all the rooms were separate enough that you rarely heard any other guests etc. I wasn't disturbed at all during my stay.

A strange occurrence happened with the phone in my room in which it would auto dial reception over and over again, ringing out in the middle of the night and then pick up on loudspeaker. This is literally my only complaint but I ended up unplugging it after letting them know. It was a little scary waking up to the sound of the phone ringing and a receptionist asking me what I needed at 3am!

Front Desk "Carlos" was very helpful and changed our room. $15 resort fee includes a good "Continental" breakfast with eggs, fresh waffles, fruit, juice, coffee, oatmeal, cereal, etc. (Also included other amenities like local transportation, pool towels, WiFi, etc.), so it did save us $$. Not far from theme parks - Disney World, Universal, etc. - and Gatorland! Free, gate-secured self-parking.

Hotel address is listed on International Way, but the entry to main lobby/check-in is on Westwood Drive, so Google Maps got confused. We reserved an "Accessible/Mobility" room, but it was not really "accessibile." Fortunately, "Carlos" at the front desk was able to switch us in a fully-accessible room in the tower. It did not have a built-in shower chair, so we had to request one from Housekeeping (delivered promptly). Our room and some common areas are a bit worn around the edges. Our room was not very soundproof, as we could clearly hear the conversation of the person in the next room. Fortunately, she either checked out or was quiet for the rest of our stay. $15 resort fee, but it included a lot (see above). Elevator closest to our room was out of order for park of our stay.

The grounds are decorated so nice for Christmas. The hamburger at the restraunt and service was great.

The continental breakfast is very confusing, the waitress took like 5 of us and explained how it worked but it was very noisy and she was hard to understand about the breakfast when I questioned her about what she said she said I was right and then she brought us a bill for $30. I feel they need to separate the continental breakfast more from the meal you pay for and have signs letting people know what your taking isn't included in the continental breakfast. I had 2 pieces of bacon for $15 very CRAZY!

Location, location, location, and the Laguna restaurant, oh, and the chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. This is my go to Hotel when I come to Aquatica and Seaworld. Rooms are super comfortable, bathtub, and hot water was amazing. You can walk to Seaworld and Aquatica or take the shuttle. They have Starbucks at "The Market". .

I couldn't find anything wrong with my stay at Doubletree by Hilton at Seaworld Hotel. This is my go to Hotel for my Seaworld weekends.

The facility was awesome. My kids love the pool. I love the pool. The breakfast was amazing so nice with the buffet. The location was amazing.

The only thing was the hotel rooms needed to be updated and when I came to my hotel room, there was a few piece of hair in the tub and brown stuff in the toilet and a piece of hair in the sink. Also, one of my rooms was not ready, even though I came a hour after checkin. I feel like if the hotel is updated the rooms need to be updated.

This was my 15th stay. Of course I keep returning. The staff is top notch and most friendly. They go out of there way to ensure all goes well. The pool bar, The Barefoot Bar, has excellent food and top shelf drinks and beer. Kelly takes care of everyone quickly.

There is a slight odor in each floors JUNIOR SUITE. I've stayed in 3 so far, and they all have the same musty smell. The room is amazing regardless, but it would be nice to get rid of that smell.

I liked the fact that we could walk to Sea World from our hotel room. I also liked the view of the pool right outside our room. The amenities were nice, like 2 pools, a hot tub, and putt-putt. I liked the fact that bus transportation was provided to Discovery Cove!

More parking space could be provided. We had to park a long way from our room one night. I also wish there was transportation provided to Universal City Walk.
