First I must say I absolutely adore thee staff specifically who I met in person. They are very pleasant and accommodating (Jamaica, Marie, and Michelle) and although no longer on staff Mia was so great during my last stay I had to return. I also met GM 😊 lovely lady. Location very convenient to get around. Affordable Ride App prices some much to do nearby. I especially enjoy thee kitchen in every room real apartment stay feel. Which is thee idea right lol. My bed both visits were clean and comfortable slept so well. ESAS 6443 will continue to be my go to Rahna 🤗

Okay now these are just thee thing's that can be improved upon my stay this go round since I was unable to stay in my previous room on thee 3rd fl I stayed on thee 4th fl. When entering I love thee layout however my floors where sticky and thee refrigerator needs replacing in that room. There was a slight smell I had not experienced last visit. I just cleaned my room over and put in air freshener as I would in general. I imagine it was thee carpet needing a good cleaning. So overall fixable things.

Front desk staff is so polite and helpful they go out there way to help you and make you feel comfortable and welcomed everyone at front desk exceeds expectations at this hotel the company is lucky to have them on their team

They have to do something about those carpets, they are in need of a deep clean. the carpet in the room and in the hallway carried an unpleasant smell. I had to spray the room a few times and use scented wall plug in.

I like that they have a kitchen. Room is spacious and bed is comfy.

Floor was a bit dirty in one spot of the room. Kitchen utensils should have been already prepared inside the room.

Helpful and cheerful staff, Sonia, brightened my day with friendly greeting when I went back to hotel after a long day meeting.

The shower head water was too small

this place was very nice with great air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was even very nice. The place is very close to SeaWorld Orlando.

The grab-n-go breakfast did not have much variety. I wished it had more.

We ended up booking with Extended Stay just an hour before we checked in, after arriving in Orlando for our vacation and finding that the hotel we had already booked had been misrepresented. They were so fast and efficient getting us into our room, extremely friendly and courteous every time we passed by the front desk, and the room we booked was exactly what we expected from the listing. We will definitely be back!
