The man with the curly hair and glasses was always so polite and nice every time I walked out to my car he always said hello or was friendly. I loved the fact they offered dove toiletries having dove shampoo conditioner body wash lotion and hand wash was AMAZING! the shower felt amazing. Having access to our own thermostat I was so thankful. The breakfast options were amazing sausage biscuits and gravy was so good.

The pool hours are Tuesday through Saturday 7-3 with no life guard. To me that was weird if there's no life guard It should be open longer... also the pool did not look clean. I felt unsafe about getting in because there was sediment and it looked like gross

Beds and linens very comfortable. Was charmed that the linens on the pillow cases were marked "soft" or "firm" to help with your preferred sleep pillow. Room had a streamlined almost European flair (which we liked). There was a surprising variety of breakfast choices and did not expect so many well prepared and attractively presented hot/cooked foods. Staff was also top notch, circulated to see that stations were full and clean, and also stopped by each table to greet everyone and check to see if anything was needed. Somehow I missed that the hotel had a pool. It was open and a nice amenity, though we did not use it. Finally, small glitch with our first room assignment, but front desk handled quickly and we were able to change rooms and check in to another seamlessly. Impressive and very much appreciated.

Always saddened to see all of the single use plastic...a reflection of our disposable world -but at least plates were paper. Only real complaint was the smoke detector, which had an INCREDIBLY bright strobe light. Wish I had brought some duct or electrical tape to cover. Management might consider going into a room at night to see how difficult it is to sleep with that green flashing light (every 5 seconds) in an otherwise perfectly comfortable bed and room.

The hotel is very modern (not old and/or dilapidated). I liked having laundry facilities as we (me and hubby) sojourned their for four nights and needed to wash and dry our clothes. The rooms were very clean and spacious with lots of storage space and good cable TV. The breakfast was also decent for the money, although I wouldn’t mind paying extra for real eggs — unfortunately most hotels nowadays serve imitation eggs if you like that….Last but not least, all the employees were so pleasant and hospitable, especially the breakfast crew! We had to give them a good tip for doing such a great job. Holiday Inn must be treating these folks pretty good as it is reflected in their attitudes.

The indoor pool was closed, unfortunately. The pool was one of the reasons I picked this hotel over others. I was very disappointed.

When looking for a hotel to stay at near a wedding that my husband and I were attending, we had a few options. Decided to give Holiday Inn a try based on previous recommendations. Boy was I surprised! What a great place to stay from all aspects. Courteous check-in, nicely designed and spacious rooms, all the little extras in the room and a wonderful breakfast the following morning. The breakfast staff were especially friendly and went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed. It was a great overnight stay and next time I'll bring a swimsuit for the pool and workout clothes for the gym!

Just a small mistake at check-in. We were given the wrong room; it was already occupied. Oops!

Helpful and friendly staff, great room size, breakfast was on time and well prepared, clean rooms, and gym facilities were available and clean. Easy access to our room. TV had all the local channels and apps. Overall a great stay for a reasonable price!

I can't say I disliked anything about my stay!

We were glad to get a disability-accessible room. It would have been nice to have stayed a little longer to enjoy the spacious room and the facilities. Maybe next time around.

I booked a two-queen bed but got one king. For a couple+teenager, it is not the ideal situation, but we made the most of what we had for a New Year party to attend.

It was nice to have a variety of between a hot breakfast and continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and accomodating.

Room was not cleaned on one occasion especially as to collecting trash and changing towels even after front desk was asked for that service. However apologies were given and items were produced instantly.

The room was a nice size, colorful, and the bed was super comfortable. There was space for eating, relaxing, and resting. Overall, it met my needs for the one night stay.

The walls were a tad thin (to me) as I heard someone’s music for an extended period of time between 1 am and 3. It wasn’t loud enough to be obnoxious but loud enough to know it was there.

Flexibility, air conditioning, cleanliness, breakfast, everything was great.

We couldn't get the TV to work, and the desk clerk's only answer was to replace the batteries in the remote. We really believe there was nothing wrong with the batteries, but no one was interested in coming to the room to figure it out.

The staff was friendly and everything was very clean.

Everything with my stay was fine, but I had a family emergency so I was unable to stay the night and had to leave at 6pm. I asked if there was any way I could get a partial refund or something since I was not able to stay the full night. They said there was nothing they could do, which I completely understand, but it would have still been nice if they could have given me some sort of discount on the stay.
