Great customer service. The staff and their services are living up to the hotel’s slogan “Making you happy makes us happy!” Free shuttle ride to and from the airport which is less than 10 minutes.. NON-SMOKING AND NO CASINO in the hotel is the best of all!

…the noise of the planes landing because it’s proximity is close to the airport.. no big deal!

This was our second stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and the amenities are great - fridge, microwave, outdoor pool and a good breakfast with lots of choices. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The proximity to the airport was why we chose it and we would definitely choose it again if back in the area.

There was an odour in the room of burning plastic perhaps from a previous guests misuse of the microwave.

It's across from a very large park and offers a bit of nature off the strip. The bed was very nice. I really liked looking at the flights coming into LAS as my window afforded this...if you don't like airplane sounds, this is not the place for you as it's right across the street from the airport (it turns into background noise after a while). the room is very open with a sense of freedom and space. (International flights only) Walgreens offers COVID testing so you can Uber there or drive yourself - NOTE you must COVID test via the DRIVE THRU; you self swab in your car and hand the materials back to Walgreens for processing. Note, best to advise the Uber driver of your intent to COVID test as some may not remember to select the charge of .50 per minute wait - it took me about 10-15 minutes for testing since we had cars ahead of us. YOU MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE VIA THE WALGREEN PHONE APP before you drive there or they will turn you away. The lady at this hotel front desk advised me of this before I went for my test and it was as she said. VERY NICE breakfast.

It could be a little noisy with the in-room refrigerator and odd knocks. You can hear your neighbors at times but always bring ear plugs when you travel.

Love that the shuttle started at 4am, and it’s located close to the airport so it was a quick trip over. Also loved how bright the hallways were and how clean the property is.

Bed was a little too stiff for my personal liking. Other than that everything was perfect!

Not dislike just annoyed....booked our room through bookings.com & we mssgd before coming. recieved back that it was ok just come in & somebody will show us where to park. The reception told us that wasn't true & we should booked through Hilton with parking pkg or make reservation with global & I understand that maybe the protocol ...finally we had to show her the email...she then give us our parking space with the word "I'll do it this time". My husband has handicapped & were told we cannot leave our car with handicapped plate in the handicap stall for two weeks...we have to move it to a parking spot away from tbe bldg. luckily we found one not too far from the bldg.

I went to Vegas to visit a friend, not to do the whole Vegas thing so I didn’t need to stay on the strip. The hotel was close to the airport and was a lot more affordable since it wasn’t on the strip. The room had recently been renovated so it was very nice and modern. The bathroom was spacious with a large shower.

However, since they were in the process of renovating, it was loud during the day starting very early in the morning. Also, there were no vending machines in the hotel or one of those little snack shops in the lobby for late night snacks. So that was very inconvenient when you don’t have a car to go grab food. I had to do Grubhub both nights.

Nice staff. Comfy bed and excellent shower. Airport Shuttle included in price. Didn't get up early enough for free breakfast but heard it was good from others on shuttle ride to airport.

Some noise from airport because it was so close, but didn't disturb my sleep or spoil my stay.

Location to airport abd breakfast

Bathroom was not clean, powdery substance piled in corners, mirror was all splattered, carpet was dirty. We've stayed several times and is usually better cleaned.

The location was great. The price was good too for our 3 day, 2 night stay.

The size of the room was fairly small than we are used to. For my family of 4, it felt like we were tripping over each other.

Very friendly and helpful staff, free shuttle to the airport (to/from), quiet and cozy room, with a nice view to the city. Very good bathrooms too!

Typical american breakfast, so very limited options indeed (scrambled eggs, sausage, bread, oat, milk, apples/bananas). The room also had no options for the minibar.
