Conveniently located. Walking distance to good eating places and convenient stores. Hotel provided breakfast. Very clean. Liked the shower dispensers which smelled good and reduced plastic consumption.

No hand soap or soap bar or hand soap dispenser in the rooms.

Friendly helpful reception staff and no wait to check in . Good clean comfortable room and bed. Small but nice pool with loungers and chairs, perfect for cooling off after walking the strip, which was a 20 minute walk away or $15 by uber or to Freemont area. Didn’t feel we missed out not staying on the Strip as went into the foyers of the main hotels to see the amazing decor and long check in lines.

Breakfast area was busy at certain times but wasn’t really a problem and always found a table

It’s a lovely location on Paradise road. It is close enough to the Las Vegas Strip. Beside the hotel is a 24 hour CVS. There is also a Subway, Funkin Fonuts, Tropical cafe (smoothies and healthy snacks), 7/11 and other stores across the hotel. These places are atleast a 1-2 minutes walk. The breakfast was nice. I really liked that. The gym was however smaller than I hoped. In hindsight I shouldn’t have expected too much for a hotel gym. There were treadmills and weights of different sizes as well as three other weight / cardio machines. Ultimately, the gym was sufficient but not flashy( and this was fine). The staff were also pleasant. The cleaners, receptionists and driver were all nice. Kudos to the hiring team. The room was clean!! I can’t complain. Facilities were provided in the room such as hair driers, ironing board and iron, etc. When I return to Vegas, God willing, I will stay here again. It was not a crazy location and definitely close enough to where I needed to go. It was close to the airport and close to the strip. On average an Uber to the Las Vegas strip and locations on it ( one way) is $10- $12. For me, that wasn’t too bad. Uber price to the airport is also about $10-$12. Note that the Uber from the airport to the hotel might be costlier simply because of the demand for Uber by traveller. You’re better off ordering your Uber inside the airport before going to where the Ubers come in the airport rideshare garage pick up point.

The gym but I explained why above. It was just a personal preference for more gym equipment.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helped with everything we asked for. Be it the directions to attractions, airport, food, water, etc, etc., they were there for us with information. Staff helped with our luggage further to checkout. The location is good and nearer to most of the attractions. Involves a slightly longer walk to the Strip but with family, and friends, the walk can be made fun. It is in a good location and while walking one can have a good view of the city. The hotel is nearer to the airport and the bus station (Flix bus or Greyhound) which is very convenient. Breakfast was standard American Breakfast. Nice good breakfast. Coffee in the room was a bonus and helped in the morning or whenever needed.

* Everything is excellent.. * Generous and smile of the staff let you feel as you are in your home. *The delicious and varied breakfast is spectacular. * The receptionists and the workers are so friendly. As James, Angelina, and the smiling man in the breakfast area.

* Having a free shutter is a good suggestion. * The sink of my room was floated up several times even they had came to fix it three or four times during our stays (9 nights). * The room service workers must clean the dust.

breakfast selection was amazing, and scramble egg was delicious

I did not request for handicap equipped room, but I was assigned to one. The front desk said when you request a king sized bed with tub(bathroom) then you automatically gets assigned to a handicap equipped room which I was not aware of and they were not able to change the room to accommodate my needs bc the rooms were all sold out for the weekend. It’s not a huge deal, but I did not like my long dresses touching the floor bc clothing racks were all low to accommodate wheelchair/handicap seats.

Bed very comfortable, Wi-Fi worked well, shower was great.

Reserved a king room & we got a double room. Went back to the desk & they changed us to a king room. Got to the room and it smelled so bad it was nauseating so back to the double room. TV had problems, safe would not lock but was fixed right away. Found a cockroach in bathroom and showed it to the Manager, Marty, and he was very concerned about it. He took care of us and made sure the rest of our stay was enjoyable. Hallways had a strange smell, no sure what it was.

Small and relaxing place, fantastic location to watch summer league games on Thomas an Mack center and Cox Pavilion. Nice and relaxing pool area, good breakfast and service-minded personnel. Excellent choice of good low-key restaurants nearby.

A little bit far from the strip. Especially if you don’t want to drive and it’s very hot outside. Two marijuana shops a liqour store and some homeless people in the area. Did not cause any issues…

Let's start with the good stuff. We enjoyed out time there and found it to be very clean and well kept/updated. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast had many hot food choices as well as a nice array of other foods available. The coffee was wonderful.

Now for the only bad point. During our 4 night stay, we found what we thought was a beetle in our room. Then the morning we were leaving we found another bug, but it was not a beetle and it turned out neither was the fist one. They were cockroaches. My daughter found one in her room as well. I came to find out that was common in Las Vegas and I mentioned it to the front desk as we were checking out. The woman I was speaking to was surprised and said, "They didn't move you to a higher floor?" Well, no. I guess maybe that's something they should mention to the bottom floor guests. I was just glad that none of them came home with me. Now that I know about this, I will be sure to ask for a higher level floor in the future.

Staff were super friendly and helpful!! They were so helpful with the bag service, if you wanted to leave your luggage there and explore the city more. You are about a 25min walk from the strip, but taxi average was about $17 with tip. Really good food options around the place even has a CVS across the road. Very good location if you want something quite after a night at the strip

Beds were lot smaller than expected, but that was my fault for not reading the discription properly. The extra softa bed helped a lot
