rooms and resort was visually pleasing, clean with comfortable rooms. pool closes at 7pm which is very strange. no jacuzzis, and the some of the life guards have terrible attitudes towards children and families. food was fantastic everywhere we tried although it seems outright illegal that they won’t let you bring your own water into the pool and charge you $8 a bottle when it’s 100 degrees. pool could use more umbrellas and the sand is externally hot, but they really do keep the pools clean. nice gym open 24hrs. loved that they are dog friendly, who doesn’t love seeing fur friends?! and they offer great options for late check out, wry accommodating.

pool closed too early, charging for water and not allowing you to bring in your own.

Nice large room with king size bed. Fresh towels daily. Free parking and easy walk to room. Not bad location. When you walk to the strip, you're basically right in the middle, by the start of Miracle Mile. About 25 minute walk to New York New York, where we saw the Mad Apple show.

No fridge, microwave or coffee maker in room. Mini bar and treats on top of counter are on weight sensors and if moved, you will be charged so beware. Pool hours only 9 am to 7 pm. Lounge chairs are free but umbrella costs if you want shade. Lots of construction going on outside due to Formula 1 race that's coming in November.

Spacious room and very quiet as I had requested.

Since I do not like gambling the need to go through all the slot machines 4 times per day is not enjoyable. Also the room window was just facing the garage. For such an expensive room one would expect either a view of the city or the swimming pool. The locations to have breakfast are quite pricey, and again, one is literally facing the slot machines. As soon as I got there I was hoping to leave as soon as possible. The room is supposed to have a door separating the entrance hall from the bedroom, but that door never closed.

The on-site beach and the in house restaurants were very diverse and delicious. Room was very unique and very nice.

My only complaint, is that as soon as we entered our room, the room smelled gross. We assumed maybe the precious guest had just used the toilet, and even though it was clean we figured it was just that strong. This wasn’t the case though, as we came in and out of the room, the room continued to smell like sewage, most notably in the bathroom.Despite this, our stay was great, thank you again

The room was lovely, clean and comfortable.

The young lady that checked us in was not accommodating. She could not find our reservation, which took a few minutes to rectify. She did not give us good directions to find our room, from not telling us how to read the room number on our envelope, to finding the correct elevator. It took us a half hour to get to our room. Also the Virgin Hotels has nothing Virgin about it, a lot of young women exploiting themselves outside the front door.

We stayed in the Opal Tower, which was beautifully updated. Our room was very clean and quiet, with a beautiful view. There are many restaurants, bars and coffee shops, and a lovely pool area, so we didn't need to leave. Parking was free.

If we were interested in going to the strip it would have been a bit of a hike. The resort fee was hefty, but of course we knew this going in. The pool was closed during our stay due to high winds, which was no fault of the hotel.

Beautiful, big, lovely rooms. The resort itself is stunning. You don't feel like you're in a Vegas hotel. I booked Virgin Las Vegas for our work event and my CEO has said she will only stay here moving forward. When she needed late check out for her flight at 6pm, they let her have the room until 4:30pm. We ate at pretty much every onsite restaurant and all delicious. The pool is stunning and the spa, whilst expensive, was so lovely.

Wifi barely worked. My phone and laptop never connected to it and some of my colleagues had the same issue. One of my colleagues had asked for early check in as they arrived at 8am and they checked him in at 2:30pm - he was the last out of our whole group to get his room so he was stuck waiting over 6 hours which I wasn't thrilled about as he had arrived first but it was all forgotten later on. Location not on strip but we preferred that!

Very nice hotel, well decorated thoughout. Bed us very confortable rooms have and good AC. Bathroom is also very nice, confortable and clean.

Poll closes at 19h (what?!). Hotel near aiport so the noise from planes is noticable at night. No breakfast, no currency exchange available at the cashier (every other hotel as this option). Fridge is not not usable since if we move an mini-bar item it is instantenuously charged in out hotel room. In a city that reaches more than 100°F/37°C it would be nice for the guests to have a option to refrigerate their own water/beverages.
