access card not working 5 times during the stay, each time you have to go back to the reception, wait the line and repeatedly explain everything again and again retention of the security deposit for 10 days after our departure noisy fan of the air-condition could not be switched off you book for 5 people but you have to sign, that you are no more than four

My son and I spent Christmas Eve here after the troubles with Southwest Air flight cancellations. We arrived at midnight after a long day and check in was easy. All we wanted were two beds to sleep in. It seemed to be in a somewhat remote part of town (don't really recall) but it was very quiet and my son was able to walk to a 24 hour fast food place to get some much needed food.

Retention of a $75 security deposit for three weeks

Decent sized room for the price! Enjoyed that there was a little kitchenette like space in the room (which included microwave, mini fridge, counter space, and a small table and some chairs), and a living room like section which had a couch! Location is pretty nice, it's a good in between distance between the strip and the airport.

Our bathroom window opens out to the hallway and it doesn't really have any screen protector/ mesh if you have it open, which can be a little weird (as people can peer inside when window is opened), also doesn't really have an air vent for the bathroom so you sorta have to open the bathroom window.

The young man at the desk was very inviting. His behavior made me feel welcomed and not just another person reserving a room. He assisted me and my daughter when we had an issue with her wallet. He also assisted my son when he misplaced his mask by giving him one. Thank you for hiring wonderful employees such as him.

SWA cancelled our connecting flight so we needed a room for 8 hours to get some sleep. Big room, great pillows, simple and clean. Cab ride was $21 from the airport and 2 miles. Has my 14 year old, a wife, and a 6 year old in tow. They all wanted to swim in the three swimming pools on the very large property, but that was not possible due to schedules. The rooms are two story only spread across 24 (?) buildings - like I said, a big place near the strip.

Lack of drinking water in room and no water available at a property store. Closest was a CVS two blocks away, but at 2 am, I was not going to make the trip.

walk location to strip about 3 km, no public transport in 500 issue with closing door, we had to change room, no help to move luggage issue with access to internet, we had to contact directly external support biggest swimming pool closed during casual day, open only for weekend too short time when swimming pools was open, should be open at least to 22:00

Amazing value for money! The room was clean, the living space and separate bedroom were both spacious and the mini kitchen was a bonus for a Vegas hotel. About 15-20min walk to the strip depending where you are heading but there are some shops and restaurants close by. The restaurant on site had good food/portions too and was fairly priced. The resort and pools were clean. Staff were all welcoming, friendly and helpful. I have stayed in many places along the strip and this place was a nice change and like a little vacation away from it all.

The TVs didn't work but we didn't need them. No complaints really

Well, a nice treat was being upgraded without asking, at no cost to me. The king bed was super comfy and soaker tub was appreciated. I always appreciate bring able to drop off bags early so thank you. Love seeing accessible units mixed in, thank you. Reassured to see Security guy, riding around on a bike but observed no issues so guess it worked Took advantage of the convenience store to buy milk for morning cereal.

Sounds from outside hallway carried into rooms. When we check-in please let us know this, and ask us to be quiet. I was guilty of it until I heard someone else out there. It was a brisk 20 min walk to the strip. We were fine with it but it is good to have that reference. Disliked having the convenience pack with variety of sugars, creams and stick. We wasted a lot of materials just to get 1 daily sugar for tea.

Its in a quiet area away from the hustle and buslte of the strip. Seems like a good stay for families. Rooms were big and spacious.

I dont think the suite was vacuumed/swept. There was dirt everywhere and had to wear socks as our feet were getting black from the dirty floors. Our bathroom sink was leaking, so we had to use the waste basket to catch the water. Looks like someone prior to us, decided to rearrange all the furniture even switching the bdrm and living room tvs around. Last, the smoke detector wouldn't stop beeping. We notified front desk but staying there wasn't a deal breaker as we were just passing thru and were there less than 12 hrs.

Nice, spacious rooms. Comfortable, large beds. Clean and modern furniture. Close to the Strip (10min with Uber, 10-11$ per ride). Relatively quiet (off the Strip, but airplanes/airport close) Loads of parking spaces (Campervan friendly). Gym was okay too. Good deal for Vegas.

Check-in personnel was not attentive and unmotivated. „Scan the QR code for information“ we were told. Fast Wifi costs extra (limited data is included though). Main pool was closed. Inhouse barber didn‘t respond/was not present (when you have a service like this in a resort and it says it‘s available, it should be in operation)
