a very peaceful place to stay

there were a few minor issues with the property. master bathroom was backing up when taking a shower. there was a faint smell of gas at periodically. the key pad would work some of the time. dishwasher did not work.

A/C was not started before we arrived so it was VERY hot, but it did cool off by that evening No coffee filters for coffee pot No remote for bedroom TV Washer was extremely loud, like it was broken

It was big and nice. Like an apartment with a full kitchen.Bbqs were nice. We were able to cook breakfast and dinner. The pool and hot tub were nice, too. Liked that the pool and the gym were open till 12 am. Loved the washer and dryer, too. Nice to do laundry halfway through a trip.

Coffee in the roo was too weak,use less water.The coffee in the office had coffee grinds in it. Other than that, everything was great.

I loved the heated pool they had, cause it was cold when we went.

I didn't like the timing of the shuttle busses to the strip way too long of a gap. But that just goes to say this small thing compared to what we did enjoy. Loved the place!

Stayed as a family of 4, with 1 teen, 1 pre-teen. Having the extra space to unfold at the end of the day was perfect, and I loved being able to keep up with laundry so I didn't have much to do once I was home. We found the location to be very central, with lots of restaurants and shops all around. We were also really close to Red Rock canyon, which was one of the places that we frequented for the hiking and bouldering. The facilities were very clean, the staff was always available and very helpful. We had one small issue with the master bath drain, and they had a maintenance person out almost immediately, and they were able to fix the problem completely.

The booking mentioned a heated pool, and the pool was definitely freezing, but that was our only complaint about the whole property :)

The apartment was quite comfortable and well appointed and spacious. I appreciated that there was laundry soap and dishwasher soap provided. The entire grounds were clean and neat and I felt very safe. There was an ample supply of towels, even towels for the pool.

It would have been nice to get more than one packet to make coffee for a 4 night stay. Extra coffee packets were available for a $1 charge.

Everything about holding my luggage due to arriving early to being patient about checking out a bit late.

You're given a list of the Shuttle taking you to the strip but you needed to call an hour in advance, even though the shuttle was there inactive simply because we didn't call. We weren't told at the beginning of checking in and only given the paper of the schedule.

Very spacious apartment with two bathrooms. Two good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. Really useful to have a washing machine halfway through our trip. Nice pool and hot tub which were open late Free shuttle bus to the strip was really useful.

More than one coffee pack for a three night stay would have been good, but only a minor grumble for an otherwise excellent experience

Great place with free wi fi, pool and gym. If you want to relax this is the place, if you want Strip, the Hotel provide shattle. Plenty of towels, fully equipped kitchen, assigned parking space. The apartment is with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms , but cam accommodate up to 6 people because sofa in living room was with sleeping option.

Loved that the unit was self contained:kitchen, washer and dryer, full sized fridge. Plenty of space and never felt cramped in the 1 bed 1 bath with a pullout sofa. Oh and there were gas grills outside!

The wifi was questionable. Sometimes it worked and others well it was frustrating. Our unit kept having trouble with our key cards. We’d go to the pool and then poof we couldn’t get back in our room. They came to look at it and then just said to hit on the card reader if it did it again. So it was about 5 times we had to get cards on our 6 night stay. Plus the washing machine was VERY loud. Loud like it would take flight any moment— rivaled plan engines. It would also be nice if the TVs could be upgraded. Ones where we could plug in a roku would be great.
