Loved the location. We were there primarily for the Sight and Sound Theater and this was very close to the theater. Breakfast selections were great. One thing that surprised me - for the size of the motel, three floors, there was only one elevator. It was never a problem though but it was not that busy. I would definitely recommend the motel and would return. Thanks

There were four of us that drove here together. Very senior women and it would have been more comfortable to have rooms together or at least close to each other. Two of our women were on the first floor and two had separate rooms down the hall from each other. A situation that caused a communication problem. Thu

Breakfast was excellent, always plenty of food and options and helpful staff to show how to make pancakes and run new coffee machines. Hot drinks offered 24 hours with coffee, teas and hot chocolate, great on a rainy evening.

Our safe was locked and we couldn’t use it, but maintenance came first thing in the morning and fixed it. They tired the evening before but it needed a new battery. We just let them know when we were up and ready.

The location was just outside of town, but we liked being away from the hustle & bustle. Lovely area. Breakfast was very good, facility clean, front desk put us on 1st floor (good because my husband has some mobility issues).

My only suggestion is that whatever product they washed the bathroom & entryway to the room with was "sticky" when you walked on it. Soles of our shoes made a "tacky" sound and stuck a little. Maybe a little less cleaning product, or refresh water occasionally when cleaning multiple rooms.

Gentleman at front desk during pm check-in could use a bit of hospitality training, He exhibited annoyance at my lack of familiarity with check-in, his tone and responses curt and dismissive. The rest of the staff were very pleasant. Housekeeping and breakfast area employees were pleasant. Clean, calm and bright establishment. Parking is convenient with minimal walking distance to hotel entrance.

Last hotel stay on week long trip through New England. Definí The cleanest and nicest hotel we stayed at during our vacation. Would highly recommend! Nice clean shower and was get to get get a good nights sleep before our long trip home.

Breakfast bar was a little too crowded. Not the hotels fault but this young boy in front of me was loading up on everything and not leaving much for others. His mother told him to stop, and he replied that the food was free, so he took almost all the bacon and waffles. Probably should have a sign up saying be respectful that others are wanting breakfast as well.

Loved everything about this hotel. Cost, room, breakfast. We looked for another stay but unfortunately the cost is way over our budget. We must have just lucked out with this stay on cost.

While eating breakfast the food attendants stare at you the whole time. It made eating unpleasant and next time wed just take our food to our room.

Staff on reception desk were very polite and helpful and were able to supply coins for laundry facility . The rooms were large and comfortable. It was close enough to the Strasburg railway , I'm guessing about 1/2 mile, to be walkable but no sidewalks so had to be careful. Breakfast was fine. If I go to Strasburg again I'd be happy to stay there again.

Minor point all breakfast cutlery and plates were single use. Noticed this in a number of US hotels - not very green.

The hotel was clean and nice. This was out third stay there and the hotel has been consistently clean and a good value.

Registration clerk lied to my face. She told me I did not reserve a king room and they were sold out and only had double queens left. Then her coworker came out to answer phone call - she offered a king room to the caller. I told the coworker that they did not have any more king rooms - the clerk then relented and gave us a king room. I think they had a problem because I used third party (booking.com) to make the reservation. This bugged me all weekend!

All areas were clean, and well maintained. Pool well kept and well conditioned. Various spots for lounging and well supplied. Also enjoyed the free breakfast, they counted with a variety menu that changed by day.

I really liked the location, and the esenic views towards the hotel.

Everything was perfect! The room was clean, the location was very peaceful, and it was conveniently close to Amish Village. However, the breakfast could be improved. The use of plastic cutlery and the limited menu were a bit disappointing. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I highly recommend this place!
