The staff was great the location was fantastic

This is not directed to the hotel but to you Booking you should do your homework about the hotels you are advertising we rented a kitchenette an when we arrived there was no pots pans dishes cups forks knives spoons we could of rented a reg room an got the same with micro wave an small fridge you should put this on your site that none of the things needed in a kitchenette were supplied that you have to bring your own we paid more for a room with a kitchenette so we could cook there an save some money but thanks to your lack of knowing anything about the hotel and there rules it cost us alot more find out what is offered an not offered at the hotels.

Maybe a discount on 1st night. Not a very good room. Didn't talk to manager. Not there when we left. Otherwise good service

Location was good! There were places within walking distance for food and shops. The beach is walking distance if you do not have alot of items that you are taking down with you. Beds were comfortable. They only come in to clean when you ask so you do not have to worry about putting the sign on your door. Air conditioner worked great, we did go in October, so it was around 85-90 while we were there. Front desk was very nice. We got there before our friends we informed them that they were coming, and they were able to put them in a room next to us. The pool area is pretty small but there is an entire ocean, however it was filled with Jelly fish while we were there. It is a nice clean cool place to lay your head at night. We would stay there again.

There is not much to not like. There were ALOT of bees near the trash cans. There is not much of anything in the vending machines and the ice machines look pretty bad/nasty did not use them. They do have a washer and dryer but they were down while we were there. One was working but not the other.

I loved that that the a/was not cooling but I was quickly reassured a replacement waa given, having provides breakfast gave us that quiet time to reconnect again .. and we had to bring our pet, , that was one of the reasons we picked you guys, because although there's a fee .. I was able to relax knowing that I didn't have to leave him anywhere.. thank you so much and my husband and I will return in summer

There was nothing wrong with our stay

Loved my stay, the staff and winter Texans were great as well as the free breakfast. The hot tub was broken, yet filled with extremely hot water which I felt was dangerous. The pool should be locked because when I arrived a person, not a motel guess, reported he soaked in the hot tub 20 minutes which then caused him to pass out for minutes. You should be aware.

Room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the restrooms were clean as well. Cleaning staff was polite! Wifi had good signal, and the location is decently located by a lot of restaurants and bars so overall was a decent stay. Would stay there again if needed.

The parking situation is a little inconvenient, and had a small issue with the billing but luckily my bank came through but hope it won’t happen again! :)

I liked the cleanness,a/c was nice and cold beds were comfortable,shower had a bench seat for my friend that's handicap,had a nice mini fridge with microwave.price was great

Pillows were only thing I can think of not to my liking.and checking time was a little long then I wished to get settled in but was told they were short handed that day so I can understand for that inconvenience

Great location, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Very clean room, smelled amazing when we walked into our room. AC unit worked very well, super cold. Hot water in shower was good too. We could have used another set of towels but we didn't ask, we made do. Enjoyed the refrigerator and our kids love the microwave.

If I have to pick something, out dated decor

It was a ground floor room with adjacent parking. There was a very helpful desk clerk. She helped us a lot.

Dogs barking off and on in adjacent rooms. The desk clerk tried to help- but when she went the dogs stopped barking and when she was not there the dogs barked again.T he booking.com price matched the desk price and I thought I'd get at least a $10.00 discount online

I loved how comfortable the staff made us feel. They are very professional and pleasant!...the rooms were comfortable and I didn't not expect a spa tub in our room that was a nice touch! Also allows pets with a fee per night! Will definitely be back!

The pool area was a little on the dirty side, but we enjoyed the jacuzzi!
