The office staff was superb, really excellent. She was dealing with a difficult customer over eviction when I stepped in. She did everything right in staying cool, de-escalating his anger, and politely concluding their interaction. I am a retired mental health professional and regard, highly, this person’s interpersonal skill. When the lights didn’t work in our first room she quickly reassigned us to another room. I was relieved that the facility was quieter than it appeared it might be.

There should be Grab bars in the shower.

The motel was clean and in a great location for me. The help was great when I asked questions. I will stay there again when I am in the Tacoma area. And will recommend it to others who might be traveling to Tacoma

The bed was not the best. I stayed at the motel a few years ago and the beds were much better. It felt like the beds had not been updated. I ask for a room with a walkin bath but did not get it. Other than those items I will stay there again when I am in the Tacoma areA;

Clean room and quite my stay was very good. The manager was very understanding and helpful. We have birds and the limit on pets is 2. The manager gave a chance but the birds was just to noisy and they got three complaints so it just didn't work out. I am not from indonisa don't know where that came from i am from here in Tacoma, WA.

Just the fact that we couldn't have our birds but i understood why. It had nothing to do with staff or management. .

Room was on the first level. It was clean, neat, and comfortable. Some staff seemed very helpful. Parking was close to my hotel room.

I didn't like that the staff was rigid, or just following rules strictly. I have a foot injury and I am to walk minimally on it. I had to walk 3x to the office and have my room key reset. When I wanted fresh towels, the staff would not bring them down, and insisted I bring used towels to the office. So I had to drive them up with my car to get fresh towels. I walk with a medical boot which clearly communicates to others I have a foot injury, and I also walk with a cane.

The breakfast wasn't really that great coffee was watery but who cares the people really cool awesome attitude and the ladies even clean my room when I asked them to

The spa was out of service and I expected to be able to do laundry in the laundry facility yet it was not running I had to leave the around so to do my laundry to leave my room which was inconvenient considering the advertisement said that it was available

Great location. Near IHOP and Elmer's restaurants. Easy access to taxi and tow down Tacoma and the VA American Lakes

The part of the motel where we stayed was the lower end of the hotel. Room 127. The room didn't even have a number attached.

Asked for a nonsmoking room and once I entered the room it smelled like cigarettes! I tried to deal with the smell but being a person who doesn’t smoke it bothered me so I called the office and they were so helpful in switching me into another room. So overall experience was great. Employees were prompt in resolving my issue.

Staff and room was nice

Air conditioner didn't work, so maintenance came and fixed it. Their was a significant amount of water on bathroom floor that I placed a towel down to clean it up. Didn't look like it was coming from toilet or ceiling.

We always stay here when we’re in town. The staff is amazing. For the most part, it’s quiet and relaxing.

Bathroom was huge which was nice but it needs some kind of stand or small table to put things on. There’s no towel bars either.

Drunks are everywhere but had a guy bust out glass and get fire extinguisher and spray it all over rooms across the court way from us and screaming as he did it and then he ran away Not their fault but kids did witness this
