I really enjoyed my stay. The room was great, really spacious and the bed was SO comfortable, lovely having the pool and loungers just outside. The shower was also beautiful.

The location was a bit far from old and new town so you need a taxi to get everywhere. The food also at breakfast could be a lot better, was a quite flavourless.

The staff was kind, courteous and willing to help. We were welcomed in a pleasant way with a cold and tasty drink. We chose the place mainly because of the reasonable price and the stunning design of the rooms. The level of cleanliness is very good. Everything is beautiful and meticulous. The location of the hotel is not the best you can find, but the hotel creates a feeling of a house that is fun to stay in.

As mentioned, the hotel is excellent. But here are some things that could be improved: 1. The service in the dining room/restaurant and bar is terribly slow. And it wasn't that the dining room was full. A dinner that should be finished within an hour at the most extended to almost two and a half hours each time. But everyone was kind and nice overall. 2. The water in the pool is too cold. At a level that makes it less fun. 3. For convenience, put the pool towels on the pool floor. Instead of going down to the spa and taking them. Make it easy for the guests. 4. The room cleaning service is great. But you should skimp a little less on shampoo and other toiletries. 5. In the afternoon (rest time) a deafening digging tool was working next to the hotel.

Just perfect. When we arrived we were met with lovely smiles. Water was offered in reception and paper work sorted out promptly. Next to the hotel there is construction work going on. My sister had some personal health issues but Mehmet was able to provide an alternative room suitable to meet her needs. This made a huge difference to our trip overall. Our room was facing the construction site and that may be a problem for some. The facilities and food is amazing and are accurate. The hotel staff are always happy to support no matter. We had questions on places to eat and staff were happy to give advice. Burca in receptionist was really good with any queries and gave excellent service. Ali in the restaurant was fantastic and made our evening meals enjoyable. You can also book excursions right from the hotel which is convenient. There is an hourly shuttle that will take you to the private beach which was good There is a small shop/pizza place right opposite where you can get snacks and drinks. We were dropped off to the airport on the way back in a comfortable VIP car that Mehmet gave us as gift. Lovely gesture. Overall a fantastic stay for a reasonable price that I would recommend visiting Antalya.

Location - We knew about this before we booked. Antalya city centre is about 20m away from the hotel. You will need to get taxi to go places.

Location is far from the city center (around 30min by taxi), but 15min from the airport, for us was great as we were looking for just a few days of relaxation.

My stay here was great value for money. The staff are professional and always keen to help. The hotel is luxurious and well maintained with excellent facilities. The pool is at around 40m in length which is ideal for those who like to swim lengths. The breakfast buffet was always excellent and the variety changed everyday. The hotel even opened their private beach earlier than planned due to the good weather. The free shuttle to the beach takes less than ten minutes and runs every hour. The bed was very comfortable with blackout curtains which meant I was always able to sleep well at night. Highly recommended for a relaxing, stress free and luxurious stay at a reasonable price. Keep up the great work!

The main issue, which other reviewers have highlighted is the location. It is in a developing neighbourhood around 12km away from the old town. This isn't much of an issue as the staff are always happy to organise a taxi, which only costs 150 lira at most. It is well connected by a local bus route direct to the city centre (which costs less than 7 lira, but you'll need to get an Antalyakart from a machine in the centre).

comfortable and clean rooms, Netflix and YouTube on the TVs, the Lebanese evening receptionist (didn’t catch his name!) is a lovely guy and was really helpful throughout my stay excellent customer service so many thanks to him. Massage was a little overpriced for a foreign country (more expensive than the UK) but exceptional

food ordered from room service was overpriced and came so cold, wouldn’t recommend. hotel is not actually a beachfront as it’s away from the hotel, no direct exit from hotel to beach which didn’t matter anyway as it was cold weather during my stay

The rooms are really spacious and at look great ar first glance. The breakfast is good, the concept is good itself.

The shower wansn working properly the water would just blast all over the place, some bits and poses falling off in the interior, the led lighting was blinking all night despite having been switched off, the pillows seem to be made of stone.

We’ve spent one night before departing from Turkey. it’s located 10 minutes from Antalya Airport. The amenities are all new and decent quality, the staff is polite and helpful. Restaurant with European and Turkish cousin is excellent, don’t forget that portions are huge, there is no need to order salad plus something else 😀. It’s comfortable for kids as well.

The territory isn’t big and if you like to have an evening walk, it could be slightly boring 😀

According to the staff the name of rooms at Booking.com is confusing as I wanted to book a room with bathtub. For a better user experience this hould be fixed to avoid difficulties.
