A classic homestay in Amalfi town. The hosts are excellent people , going distances to make us feel comfortable. The house has a great view and, amazing terrace. After check out they also dropped us to the Amalfi town pier with car. Overall great value for money stay , and even better hospitality. The walk from the property to the Amalfi town is great (mostly downwards toward Amalfi and gives great views) .There are three bus stops near the stay , one directly beneath and one at 350 meters and 800 meters. PS You can have their homecooked meal and house wine/liqueurs ( payable but at the much cheaper price than other restaurants in Amalfi.

The only downside of this stay is it is situated 2 km from the Amalfi town . The walk towards Amalfi is very much enjoyable, the other way not so much. The hosts are great people and offered us to pick up from Amalfi in case we miss the bus.

Staying at this charming Airbnb was an experience we won't soon forget, and much of that credit goes to the exceptional hospitality we received from our host. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, and welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The pinnacle of her kindness was when she personally drove us to the bus stand, which was immensely helpful considering there was no bus service to the Airbnb due to a recent rockfall on the road. But the host wasn't the only star; the view from our room was genuinely awe-inspiring. Waking up to the mesmerizing panorama of the sea was a daily reminder of the stunning beauty this place holds. The sky seemed to touch the ocean at the horizon, creating an ethereal scene that left us speechless. Whether it was dawn or dusk, the view remained a stunning backdrop for the entirety of our stay. As for the location, it's hard to beat. We were conveniently close to a variety of delicious local food joints. Whether it was seafood, traditional dishes, or a simple breakfast, we found it all within walking distance. It was a culinary journey as much as it was a scenic one, and we enjoyed every bit of it. The Airbnb is also just a stone's throw away from the sea beach, making it a fantastic spot for beach lovers like us. The sand was soft, the water was clear, and the overall ambience was perfect for both relaxation and fun activities. We plan to visit again as soon as possible, and we highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a blend of stunning views, great food locations, and above all, an incredibly helpful host.

The water was cold for some reason there was no hot water, the transportation from Amalfi centre to the hotel was tough it cost us £30 although its just 5 minute's drive.

Absolutely beautiful stay, the views are incredible and the family we stayed with are just lovely. We didn’t expect to be staying with a family however you get your own private room with bathroom and a huge balcony area you can access whenever you like. A true Italian experience. Bare in mind the family do not speak a work of English however this was no issue to us as they just let you get on with it. There is a £6 city tax you pay when you get there and they give you the keys to lock up your room and front door. Remember either passports or driving licences! They just need them to take a photo and then you get them straight back. Couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. One of the lady’s even saw us walking down to Amalfi after we had left and stopped to give us a lift down as it is quite a long steep walk, so lovely!

Loud traffic outside but too hot to close the windows, but it was a very hot day/evening. A fan would be a nice touch though.

The family are so beautiful. We had an amazing tour of the vineyard from Luciano and Liliana, followed by an amazing four course dinner on the terrace overlooking the ocean. The wine that they make on the property is fantastic! The view from the room was mind-blowingly beautiful.

It was also the best part, that the property is quite remote - it is about 10 minutes drive from Amalfi. You have to get the bus to get there - get any bus towards Sorrento and get off at Vettica. Taxis are ridiculously expensive and the property isn’t accessible by water so your best option is to get the bus!

The host was very nice and even tried to accommodate us even though we arrived very late due to flight changes and transportation delays. The views were amazing. We were looking forward to seeing the beach but all the beaches were closed due to high tide. I only wish we had more time to spend there - to enjoy all that it had to offer.

The owner of the accomodation were so friendly. It is a kind of homestay. The family made a very tasty breakfast for us. From the terrace you have a beautiful view to the ocean and along the Amalfi Coast. You can relax and enjoy the sun. The Restaurants close to the accomodation are very expensive. We would recommend to take dinner at the accomodation.

The staff ( maybe it was a family) that run the place we're very nice, very kind and could speak English well. The spot is nice , I would recommend having a vehicle of some sort though to get around buses were tough.

Nothing to do with the place , the buses from here to Amalfi we're hard to get on sometimes because they normally were packed with people and frequently would me told catch the next bus. Sometimes waiting up to an hour.

The view was amazing. I arrived late but they kindly waited for me with no problems. Breakfast was again amazing because of the gorgeous water view and personal service. I was worried about getting back to the bus station and was kindly offered a ride down the hill. I can’t say enough to thank everyone for their hospitality.

The view from the windows overlooking the sea, was amazing. The accommodations were simple and clean. For an extra fee, we were able to park our car in the 2-car garage.

I missed this in the description - that the hotel abutted the Amalfi road and the traffic would be just outside our window.

The host Chris is the most helpful person I have ever come across in my history of travels & stays. Cannot stress this enough. He was super informative about all the local transport & eats & even helped us carry our luggage to the room. Also, I am very grateful for his timely help in getting us to the hotel since we had crossed into another route by mistake through the Sita bus. He was literally our saviour.
