Excellent budget hotel: very clean. Helpful staff. Handy location not too far from station and in historical centre. Breakfast fine, continental. Good heating ( in room and heated towel rack)and very comfortable bed, despite being single. Great Wifi and super shower. Roberto gave me tourist map and town walk brochure and useful Bernini information. Many thanks! The Santa Perpetual viewpoint climb is strenuous, but worth it! And café near the Madonna Church has excellent coffee and waitress was very friendly.

No elevator but Roberto kindly took my luggage up the stairs and the friendly breakfast server brought it down again when I checked out. Clock in room ticked annoyingly. Otherwise, all good👍

DOn't expect the Ritz Carlton - the room was very basic - but it met our needs. Where this hotel beats others is on the level of support from the staff/team. When we checked in - they asked about our plans and gave us great tips for taking the train to St Moritz and where to stop along the way. They also gave us excellent tips on restaurants etc. I can't emphasize enough how great the staff there was - every person we spoke with went out of their way to be helpful - It was such a positive experience - we would definitely stay there again. the location was great for us - there are some great restaurants near there and it is short walk to the train station etc.

breakfast offerings were a little lean - but the price was great so not a big deal. They were so nice it just didn't matter :-)

The hotel is at a 5 minute walking distance from the tirano station where we reached using bernina express. The hotel agreed for an early check-in at 1 pm which is really appreciated. The breakfast menu is also reasonable but there was no counter for eggs meat etc.

Just to take note that the hotel has no lift so if you are with heavy luggage it could be a thing to consider. The stairs are not wide and not steep so it is not a big discomfort though.

Central to town. Very friendly staff with great breakfast supplied. This is a budget accomodation, no frills. But excellent for a few nights stay. Th view from the window was peaceful. Very quiet town, not too touristy. Bed was very comfortable.

Not a problem for us, but shower is extremely small. A larger person would not fit in. Best to check when booking. Some rooms may have larger showers. For me the pillow was too hard, but for hubby ok. Personal choice, but not a major problem.

Location was excellent, in small quiet square which had a local feel to it. We had a "mountain view" room but it also backed onto the river so you had the lovely relaxing sound of the river at all times. Staff were very friendly and we were given a free drink as part of our booking. For breakfast you made your own selection at the counter (cereals, yoghurt, various croissants and other pastries along with the coffee of your choice) and then you were served by a member of staff. We were in Tirano to travel on the Bernina Express and the hotel was perfect for our needs.

We liked everything in Albergo Gusmeroli. The owners were really sympathetic and helpful and the place was very cozy. The room was imcredibly clean as well as the bed sheets and the room had a lot of space. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was also great. The italian breakfast was okay and the location was perfect. The room had a great view to the moutains and to the river, which we really liked. There's no elecator, but the staff helped us carrying the luggage upstairs. Really overcame my expectations.

Reasonable walk from station along cobblestone roads, Friendly service. Located on one of the main piazza in the old town but was quiet. Family run hotel. Reasonable size room but small bathroom. We had view over the river and mountains. Dinner and breakfast supplied. Dinner was local fare of Rissotto, Sausage with Mashed Potato/green/cheese and dessert. Breakfast was continental but with plenty supplied. Yes would stay again.

Bathroom is small with small shower but function especially since we only stayed 1 night.

Very close to all Tirano's main attractions, apart from the Cathedral, that is on the other side of town. Close and easy walk from the train station. Helpful staff, good breakfast, restaurants, shops nearby. Next door there is a good traditional restaurant serving local dishes. Amazing view of the snowy peaks and the river.

The Hotel is in the centre of the old city. We especially liked the fiendliness of the host who gave us a lot of precious advice. The room was very clean and quiet. It could have been a bit larger but there was enough space anyway. The breakfast was good and served at 7.00 which was very important for us.

Every member of the staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The WiFi was good. The location has the convenience of being in town but also quiet at night. I was able to easily walk from the train station with a large suitcase. Google maps makes the walk from the train longer than necessary. Listening to the sound of the brook at night was a bonus. I would stay there again.

The walls are a little thin but nothing bothersome. The bathroom was small but all the facilities worked well.
