Clara welcomed us warmly into her amazing country boutique hotel. We had high expectations due to the good rating but the location and direct view from the bedroom of Assisi left us speechless. Clara is a superb hostess. Apart from being a very pleasant person, ready to give us advice and have a short chat, she took care of us during breakfast, ensuring everything went well. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommended

Nice and clean, good location, good breakfast. Easily accessible with a car, free parking space. Nice view from the window.

Thin walls/doors, bad soundproofing. Bring earplugs if you don't want to wake up first thing in the morning when they start preparing breakfast and people start walking in the corridor.

Lovely woman running the bed and breakfast - clean and comfortable rooms with air conditioner, fridge and security card access, homemade breakfast, free parking in the driveway and only a couple minute drive into Assisi or an easy 25ish minute walk. Well worth the stay with a beautiful view over Assisi enjoyed from the outdoor setting.

Everything about this stay was great. The breakfast was very good. The building was lovely and the room was perfect. We had a view of Assisi and Basilica di San Francesco, it was amazing. The Hostess was very welcoming, warm, nice, and friendly. It was lovely.

Beautiful place to stay and the host Clara was so kind she allowed me to check in early and I was so glad because I came straight to Assisi from overseas flight. And the buffet breakfast had plenty to choose from! Thank you Clara and team.

A bit far into town if you go back late and have to take taxi but the fare is reasonable.

It is a small place just outside Assisi, with own parking and clean rooms. Perfect for a 1-2 nights stay, great value for the money. It has also AC and an amazing view towards the old Assisi town.

The breakfast did not include anything warm

Everything was perfect during our week-long stay: the building is beautiful and very nicely located, close enough to the city to walk there (uphill going to Assisi, downhill coming back) but far enough to feel in the countryside, in total tranquillity; the room was spacious, clean, with nice furniture and very comfortable beds; the view from the window was breathtaking, every time we opened the shutters in the morning we were blessed with a the sight of the Basilica di San Francesco and the expanse of olive trees dotting the countryside; last but not least, Clara, the B&B owner, is a fantastic host, always eager to help with anything we needed, from very generous breakfasts to recommendations of places to visit and restaurants to eat in, making our stay memorable.

The owner is such a lovely woman! She made sure to take care of my needs as a solo traveler, and created the most delicious breakfast (included)! The location is perfect with a car (free parking), and an uphill walk to the Centro of Assisi. I cannot speak more highly of my time here and hope to return soon! Grazie mille!

It was perfect!

the place is just outside Assisi, for me who loves walking was perfect because the wallk to the city was very beautiful. It is aboit 20/25 minutes. The place is new and stuff is nice. Very quiet and easy for parking for free just outside, you can drop the car there and walk into the city.

the shower a bit too small

Clara was so wonderful and a very charming lady. Location was amazing and a lovely view of Assisi. Rooms were comfortable as well as the beds. Breakfast was also delicious 😋😋😋
