Exceptional breakfast with local and home made produce. The presunto crude was heavenly, the butter and the break as well, the olive oil was produced in the farm and was just a delight. The local cakes served for breakfast were also divine. The room was very clean, cosy and filled with caracter decoration. Location is perfect, with private parking we just walked though Assisi without having to pay any parking. The owner was enthusiastic and very welcoming.

Nothing, everything was absolutely exceptional.

The host was great and gave us some tips when we arrived (for example, we got a food recommendation, which turned out to be great). There was no problem leaving the car, even after we had checked out. The property has a wonderful garden with olive trees, where you can relax and pet the cute little dog that walks around. Assisi itself is beautiful, but in combination with La Piaggia you can experience it even better!

Our host was very hospitable. He prepared an early breakfast when we had to get on the road one day. We liked the old style of the building and the sitting areas around the property, especially at night with the lights on. The location was also convenient for walking into the town. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

The air conditioning unit didn't work in one of the rooms.

Host was very kind. His decision making was very quick to solve the problem. The breakfast was very hearty and delicious. The agriturismo is located close to S.Francesco cathedral within 15minutes of walk distance. A large village is 5minutes away by car, so I could drop by groceries to cook by myself.The parking lot was very spacious. There is walking trail along the olive farm.

A perfect location for vising Assisi, you can just walk from the hotel to the old town in 15 minutes. A free car park, comfortable room, tasteful breakfast, polite hotel owners and lovely view for Assisi surroundings. Home made cake and Italian ham were excellent.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent, the bed was comfortable, the owner is very nice and helpful, and the garden is also beautiful. The breakfast was very tasty with local products. There is an amazing restaurant for just 2 minutes from the hotel.

The breakfast was very good and the bed very comfortable. Note that the staff does not speak english, but they are very friendly. The garden looked really nice but it was cold outside. The location is good, especially if you have a car.

It is located on a busy road - that means there is some noise in the room.

We had a lovely stay here. The breakfast is amazing! Excellent coffee, delicious homemade cakes and biscuits, and such a delightful breakfast room. The hosts were very warm and welcoming.

The bed was very hard and not so comfortable.

Awesome location. Parking in Assisi is fun but free parking at hotel. Has microwave and communal refrigerator.

Convenient location; the host on site was nice and helpful, nice breakfast.
