Very clean and spacious rooms, good shower pressure, there was a lift for my luggage and it felt safe with all the locks. It was easy to communicate with Endigio, but he was not available to meet me for check in, so his daughter met me instead and showed me how to use the keys and the locks. I organised airport transfer for 30 euros as it was a 6am pickup. Overall, great location and comfortable stay.

Private bathroom was lovely. The other people who stayed in the other rooms were awake quite late in the night and you could kind of hear them in the hallway, but nothing too disruptive.

It was my seventh visit of Bergamo and one of the best. Perfect for short or longer stay, you have verything you need, room si cozy, bathroom is not so small as it use to be in Italy :). In kitchen in the corridor you can find rest of things for your stay, check in was easy and location is only 10 minuts walk from main station, big grocery shop or good coffer and restaurant less then 5 minutes.

Perfect! I had a very nice stay! Edigio was extremely kind and friendly. He collected me at the airport and I was very grateful for this, especially because my flight landed at midnight. My room was sparkling clean & fresh and the bed was super comfortable. Excellent shower. It was great to have the use of the kettle and toaster. The building itself is very nice and extremely secure. Ideal location. I recommend 100% to other travellers! I hope to return soon

The room was clean, all you need to have for 1 night, better to rent for summer time as the floor is very cold. Good design

The room was cold (stayed in the middle of December). I was told to turn on the conditioner but I arrived at night and it was quite noicy to fall asleep. Also the floor was extremely cold, the problem could be solved with sleepers. I didnt like the pillows, they were huge and like stones.

The locking system of the room door handle is quite complicated, sometimes the doors would not open or close properly/easily.. perhaps just takes a while to get used to and we only stayed one night A coffee machine would have been a nice bonus

It was hard to find a place to stay. This is apartament in a closed area, there is no sign anywhere. It was cold in the room and the air conditioning didn't help with that. Not warned previously about the additional payment for the tourist tax

Decent location 1(10min walk from the station). Low price and clean bathroom and kitchen. If you just need a comfortable room to sleep this is the place! If you want to spend more time in your room/relax over a day there might be better option.

Maybe space under the bed could use w bit of vacuuming

This place was great for our one night stay. Located close to the train station ( I think 7 min walk) and not far from the cable car that takes you to the cita alta. The room was small but had all we needed. Private bathroom with shower and bidet. There is kitchenette in the common area with a coffee maker and a small fridge. Our host was very welcoming. Picked us up at the airport, and the next day took us out for breakfast and to the train station. This made our experience exceed our expectations.

As an improvement, the booking description could specify that the kitchenette with fridge, coffeemaker, etc is shared.

Wonderful welcome - he offered to meet us at the airport but unfortunately we had to collect our car hire instead. Very secure apartment with terrace/balcony.

It was a good 40 minute walk up to the old city so by the time we got there we were too exhausted to look around much - it is a vibrant place full of restaurants and old narrow streets and visiting it was the purpose of staying there. Another problem was when we were leaving we had to use our key to get out of the compound - I had to leave my partner at the gate, holding it open, whilst I went back upstairs to leave the key.

Visit in Bergamoincity was a pleasure! Owner of apartment is really nice, friendly and extremely helpful. It is good place for tourists who come late because if you ask, owner can pick you up from airport even after midnight. Cost for pick up differs from 20-30€. Room and bathroom were tidy and comfy. Bergamoincity's location is really convenient, since it is really close to train station. I hope that I'll come back here!
