Very friendly staff. Great location near the train station. Very nice room. We had good roommates, so it was quiet at night. Despite being close to the train station, it's very peaceful, and the windows are soundproofed. As someone who needs to sleep in absolute quiet without any disruptive elements, I slept well. The apartment was nicely cleaned. Huge plus for all travelers, the option to store backpacks and luggage before departure. We picked up everything before our flight and went straight to the airport, which made things much easier for us.

The downside for us was the breakfast. We definitely wouldn't see it as a breakfast included in the price but rather as a nice bonus. We woke up as the last ones. There are 4 spots in the kitchen, which means that 2 rooms had already had breakfast, and my partner and I were the last ones. Therefore, there was nothing prepared, and most importantly, everything was eaten. The breakfast was very modest; we had to buy some things ourselves the night before. Another small downside is the fact that the apartment is on the other side of the center, so you have to either walk back through the station or go to the bridge and cross it to get to the center. However, nothing that would be a problem for us.

This is a little gem of a find. It is clear to see the owner has taken a lot of time to ensure the needs of guests are met. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable. Ensuite bathroom was lovely. A complimentary bottle of wine and snacks were a nice surprise. Full access to the kitchen which was well stocked with tea/coffee, orange juice, milk. Cereals, bread, cheese and ham for toasties. Yogurts. The house keeper Ron, was exceptional. He greeted us on arrival, he gave helpful advice for the local area/directions. He couldn't have been more helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Close to train station, but the B&B has a strange location between train tracks and commercial area. After passing the front gate you have to walk quiet a bit to the brick house. Everything is clean, the whole apartement which is used as a B&B is new or renewed. Good spot for a layover when you are a train traveller.

The breakfast is simple and uncharitable. No extra room, more of a small kitchen in the corridor. A sign to the right door of the house would be helpful. Keep the windows closed due to the train traffic in the morning.

Although next to the tracks of the station nothing to hear from the trains. Air condition very silent.. Room space big enough for suitcases, open cabinet available. Secure place, also for the car. Community kitchen with a community case and a private case in the refrigerator. Self service breakfast - everything available.

You have to be precise with your arrival time, that the host will be available on the spot (he needs 25 min to come by bike to the flat). Cable of the hair dryer not covered.

- We are hikers (having just come from the Alps!) but it is a good 30-40 minutes to Piazza Maggiore.

Ron is an excellent host! He showed and told us everything. He cleaned the room when we were out in the city. Quiet and comfortable place. Super air-conditioner, free parking place next to the house in the yard, breakfast in the shared kitchen and refrigerator. The house from outside is little bit crashed, but inside is wonderfull! Near to the train station.

Ron was very kind and helpful on arrival, and made sure everything was clean. The room was a good size for a couple nights and clean/comfortable. The kitchen and food/drinks available was a great touch and appreciated!

The location is a bit out of the way from the city centre, but close to the train station. Getting into the complex is a bit confusing at first and could be a bit of a sketchy location for some people as it is a bit of an indistrial area.

The room is amazing - very clean, spacious, with modern furniture. The breakfast is also very good (self-service with several options for you to choose - bread, juice, coffee machine, etc.). Hint: buy some cheese and cold cuts in one of the fantastic salumerias in the city and take advantage of the refrigerator the B&B offers ;) Overall location is good, few steps from Centrale

It's actually hidden in a small driveway... A bit hard to find - One of the B&B staff members had to help as we were completely lost in the main street

The room was really clean and had all facilities like toiletries, three towels pp, hairdryer, free snacks and drinks. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with a lot of different options. 20/25 mins on foot from city centre and very close to the train station. Definitely good value for money.

Unfortunately the outside looks a little bit off putting but inside it’s cosy and clean.

The room has been very well designed. Plug points and USB charging are best I've seen. Free wine and snacks on arrival. The breakfast provided was really good. Loads of options. Also, the staff were amazing. The recommendations that I acted upon were amazing and they helped when I had a problem with the key (I was using the wrong one) without hesitation.

When I first got there I thought the location was far from the station and it was in a dodgy location. However, after adequate rest after my 6 hour train journey from Zurich (changing countries probably added to my shock), I realised that it was not that far from the station and it"s a safe area. There's a bus that stops right outside the apartment which is a bonus. I got a city pass so I didn't have to think about paying each time.
