Only stayed here for a couple of nights but we thought it was great. Super clean, easy access and right in the centre of everything, a short walk and you're in the middle of the old town. It's managed remotely which was fine, we were given access code to the door so we could drop off our luggage before check in and could store our gear after check out. We did actually meet our host and he was very welcoming and helpful. Communication was excellent, hassle-free! Bologna was brilliant, wished we could have stayed longer, great place and Casa Faccioli met our expectations completely, nice big room and bathroom, lovely balcony to sit and have a coffee looking out over the towers.

Location could not be better. Just off the main road, 30 seconds from the main square, with lots of cafés and restaurants within 100m. Host was responsive and helpful, and allowed an early check of the room to ensure suitability for elderly parents. Room was very spacious, with great coffee machine. Bed was comfortable. Sofas and poufs provided. Bathroom was huge, with very modern shower, and facility for elderly folk to sit down while showering. Old style elevator worked well made it easily accessible. Host provided airport shuttle for €40. This was a last minute replacement booking after we were very disappointed by a 4-star Family and Friends Apartments (avoid them like the plague) booking, and had to relocate my elderly parents at very short notice. Could not have been happier with this little gem. Late 2pm checkout was permitted as a special request, as nobody was arriving on day of departure.

The location of this property was absolutely fantastic and within walking distance of everything. It is tucked down a little lane way which hosts a number of delightful cafes and a florist. The little Juliette balcony at the back of the unit overlooks terracotta roof tiles and the Cathedral and Bell tower. The only negative for us..... we are tea drinkers and coffee was only available to us in the unit. Only a small thing but the coffee machine did not provide us hot water for a tea bag.... as I said, only a small thing but something the Owner might consider providing the choice of tea and coffee for guests.

Everything was perfect during our stay. We had to cancel the first night unfortunately but Filippo was very understanding and accomodating. Once arrived, we found a beautiful and very clean room. It was warm in Bologna so having a room with air conditioning that worked perfectly was very appreciated. The boutique hotel is located perfectly in the city center, on the 4th floor of a beautiful building (with elevator) and close to the main shops, delicious restaurants and breakfast spots. With windows closed the room was also noise free. We will definitely be back when in Bologna!

Our room was pleasant, functional, clean. Large windows, good AC. Spacious bathroom. Not noisy although located above a busy alleyway of bustling activity which quieted down at night. Breakfast was offered at nearby cafe, limited to certain menu items, but it was terrific and included in our stay. Accommodation was in a great location on the third/fourth floor in a secure building with an elevator located directly across from an Apple store, across the street from a taxi stand and down the street from the Piazza del Nettuno. Highly recommend.

The location couldn't have been better. It is across the street from the Plaza Maggiore and the Hop on Hop Off bus stop. Lots of restaurants are within a block or two. The room itself was lovely. We had a balcony that overlooked the rooftops of several blocks, the two towers and a church. I spent an afternoon sitting there looking at the view and reading. Beautiful and relaxing. The breakfast ticket for 10 Euro is definitely worth the price. I have difficulty walking and found the location and hotel perfect, if you can negotiate a few stairs. There is an elevator to your floor. Filippo was the perfect host, Communication with him was easy, and by the time we left, he felt like a good friend accommodating our every wish.

We absolutely loved our room at Casa Faccioli. We stayed in the room with the balcony with a lovely view over the city. There was a lift up to the top floor where the rooms were located. The place was very secure. The communication from the managers was excellent and very accommodating of check in times. The location was excellent - although breakfast not offered at the property there are many places to get good coffee, pastries and hot breakfast nearby. The main square was across the street but it was also a great starting point to get lost in the back streets and porticoes to find markets and shops. The room itself was stunning and exceptionally presented, clean with a big bathroom and refreshing shower. There was a stocked Nespresso machine, a powerful but almost silent A/C unit, good storage and the room was bright with large floor to ceiling window on one side and the door to the balcony on the other. The bed was comfortable - honestly I was sorry to have to leave!

Everything was perfect for what we wanted - nothing bad to say.

Location of the B&B to the Piazza Maggiore was perfect -- two minutes walk from the action. Moments away from some of the best eats in Bologna. View from the Raffaele was superb -- golden hour at sunrise with the Torre Asinelli right in view and the Torre Azzoguidi at the left Massimo was an excellent host. Helpful with any requests we had. The room was spacious with lots of surfaces for our needs. The shower was fun as we could like to the radio as we washed up.

The location is wonderful, I highly recommend it. I stayed here for 2 nights (9-11 October) in the Luigi room, the room is very nicely furnished, very spacious and very clean. The bathroom is also very spacious, with all the necessities. The view from the room is towards the Asinelli tower. The positioning and location are great, about 5-10 minutes from all the main sights, the area is very safe, central, has both restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The owner is very friendly, provides very promptly all the necessary information for the accommodation (access codes, information about check in and check out) and you communicate very quickly and easily with him on whatsapp. Many kudos to Filippo for how he manages his property. Keep up the good work and I will definitely revisit this location on my next holiday in Bologna.

It has an amazing location right in the middle of things. Our room was quite large with a balcony overlooking the beautiful city and many spires. The bed was very comfortable, not too soft, not too hard with good pillows. An elevator took us to the fourth floor. We easily store our luggage before signing in and waiting for our train time. We only stayed one night, but we would have stayed many more. We received responses to our questions very quickly, and our needs were accommodated. The room and the bathroom were absolutely clean.

There was nothing to dislike.
