In a quiet location but close to Bologna, offers tranquil environment and comfy old flair rooms. Overall a nice stay!

Since our check out was early, the lady at the front desk promised us (as we checked in and told her) that a cappuccino and a small snack would be available to us, since we would be skipping the already paid for breakfast. But the next day there was a man at the front desk who apparently was not informed and obviously annoyed that he had to make us coffee. He gave us two espressos and as my wife asked for a bit of milk he replied kind of rudely and abruptly that he is no barista. It just left a bitter taste to our otherwise lovely stay.

The location of this hotel is close enough to the centre of Bologna with the advantages of being in a quiet, relaxing position with free and secure onsite parking within the hotel grounds. The ambience of the hotel is traditional and friendly. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is excellent catering for all tastes. I would recommend this hotel. Very good value for money.

The hotel restaurant is closed on Saturday and Sunday. However, there are plenty of restaurants close by, especially 'La Vecchia Locanda' which is 2 mins (by car) and is excellent; very popular, so you'll need to book.

Hotel staff from receptionists to breakfast area are very friendly and helpful. Room size is great, big free parking in front of the hotel, very clean room and large bed. Variety of food for breakfast is exceptional, including the different types of coffee.

This is just the suggestion, room refurbishing can be done, fixing some of the elements which are a bit old, including the replacement of curtains and removal of carpet completely.

The hotel is a bit far from the city, but we knew this so it wasn't an issue for us. There is a bus station nearby, but we didn't use it. They have a big parking lot and the highway is close by. The restaurant (which is closed during the weekend) had a daily menu with two courses and dessert. Each day there were three different options for the first course (mainly pasta) and the main course. The food was good and we liked the variety. Breakfast was ok, with many options for fruits and sweets.

Sometimes the restaurant can get very busy and things can get a bit hectic. Make sure you make a reservation at the reception.

Beautiful hotel and conference centre with clean, well furnished rooms, free parking and a good breakfast included. They've definitely done some modernizing of the furniture and decor over the years.

Location is quite far from city centre so you would need to drive 25 minutes into Bologna. There are restaurants nearby for dinner but you'll need a vehicle.

The breakfast each day was wonderful with a great selection for "continental." The breakfast staff were so lovely and polite and made delicious cappucino upon request! Beautiful property, comfortable room.

The dinner restaurant was closed for the weekend, apparently only open on weeknights, so we had to make arrangements for dinners. I wish the observation tower was open.

Big and comfortable room, easy parking and easy to access Bologna by car from there. Very good breakfast and last but not least very friendly and helpful staff! Good choice if you look for a quiet place to stay while visiting Bologna.

The hotel is beautiful and in a very convenient location. The parking lot is large and clean. The rooms are clean and cozy, equipped with everything that you need. Internet is excellent. The breakfast is very rich and tasty. The price is very good. Excellent!

Not a problem for us, but bear in mind that you will probably need a car to reach the center of Bologna.
