I had an outstanding experience at Hotel Leonessa and would unquestionably rate it a perfect 10 out of 10. The hotel's proximity to the train station was incredibly convenient, especially for our early morning departure, while still offering easy access to the city center. The modernity and cleanliness of the rooms were impressive—exactly what one hopes for in a top-notch hotel. The sleek design and upkeep contributed significantly to a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location was ideal for me as I was arriving by train, and the hotel is just 2 minutes walk from the south station exit. From the outside it didn't look much, but my room was very smart with a comfortable bed and effective air con (it was 33C outside during the day).

Breakfast service was patchy, with items not being replenished quickly when they ran out.

The hotel is in an excellent location right next to the train station and only a short walk to the city center. The price includes secure parking right next to the hotel entrance. Friendly staff both at the reception and at breakfast. A comfortably furnished room, fully soundproofed, with pleasant lighting and a modern bathroom. Breakfast is available at an affordable extra charge and offers a satisfying selection of dishes for a good start of the day.

Coffee at breakfast - if anywhere, then in Italy the guest expects a barista who prepares a fresh and delicious espresso or cappuccino. Unfortunately, only a self-service coffee machine is available.

Very convenient location. Excellent receptionist - very kind. Despite being adjacent to the train station, none of the bums that hang around train stations venture to this end of it. I felt very safe.

I was given a room on the first floor. When I opened the curtains I noticed my room faced the railroad tracks. I was fearing that the sound of the trains will keep me up and would disturb my peace. However, most of the noise came from children playing in the lobby or the cleaning crews. I never heard any trains during my stay. I suggest they keep the door separating 1st floor rooms from the lobby closed. Otherwise, all is well.

Very new and modern hotel with good quality fixtures and fittings. The beds in the quadruple room were comfortable and the sound insulation from the trains was amazing. Breakfast was very good - most things had run out as we arrived but the staff worked hard to replenish them quickly. About 15 mins walk to town... We would recommend turning right and right again out of the hotel rather than left and left.. this avoids walking through the train station. Secure parking was also very good

If I had to say something it is a little bit far from town. But very manageable.

Exceptionally modern and clean.

Arrived to a twin room with my Son. Both beds put together with Double bed sheeting across both. This wasn't sorted (after they came to the room) till the next morning, so we split them ourselves as fortunately we had enough sheeting to sleep with one bed having a bed sheet and duvet and the other two bed sheets. Fortunalately the heating was on to keep the temperature nice overnight Also, and I think this is an Italian understanding of Drinking compliments, but no Milk available in the room at any refill.

Excellent hotel if you want to spend some nights in Brescia and/or the proximity to the rail station is a priority. The hotel is really nice, perfect value for money. One needs to walk a little bit (no more than 20 minutes) to get to the city center, but the underground can also be used in case one wants to avoid that. For the rest, the room was really nice with the right size. Very nice breakfast as well. Overall a very nice experience and definitely worth the money spent.

Nothing, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

New building, so everything is in good shape. Rooms are clean enough. The staff at the lobby was very polite and helpful. Free parking. Wifi works well. The hotel is in good location: right next to train station, close to bus station and relatively close to city centre. even though it is so close to trains tracks, there was no noise, and stay was pretty relaxing overall.

There are a lot of homeless in the vicinity of train station, so if anyone is bothered by that, the general area is not a good place for them.

Easy access, facilities are as for description. Spotless and comfortable room. Bathroom with courtesy set and small comfort corner (not brended teas). Parking place just in front of the main entrance. Quiet and silence granted.

Check in was a little bit slow, I took to contact twice reception to have full access to the room (first to open the door as card didn’t work, second time as card didn’t work to switch on lights. Selection of teas was very limited, as courtesy set. Generally at hotel with this rate, water bottle is complimentary, here it’s 2 euros. Minibar in the room, but very basic. Very small lobby.

It was convenient for walking and train access. Could of had a better map for reading the names of the streets. But that's just me who has trouble reading the small print. Your breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly even to a nonspeaker of Italian.

A little more help with tours and transportation to places. But the truth of the marker is I didn't enquire about this as I should have. I didn't want to impose with my lack of speaking Italian.
