Very nice hotel with a lot of ambience and authenticity and a great family feel to it. Located in quiet street approx. 1 km. from central Piazza (Duomo). Please note that reception is closed at night and you let yourself in through side door (not a problem, just FYI). There was not iron in my room but I asked and they immediately found one for me. Well-stocked supermarket/grocery store approx. 200 meters up the street. Quaint little coffee shop approx. 100 meters up the street is a great breakfast spot if you do not opt for hotel breakfast. Typical Italian breakfast (sweet rolls etc.).

I would have liked a safety box in my room. Also, there was no electric kettle in the room or outside dining area (not a problem for me, but it was in the description when I booked).

Another easy 15 min walk to main historic sights Good external roller shutters to block light Large spacious ground floor room high ceilings with modernised ensuite. Brescia prices high especially in weekend. This was good value for money

Minor. But kitchenette area tired and not really that useful as it is Perhaps a small makeover with a microwave.

The room was very big, the AC was much needed and great with the temperatures outside, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was big and clean. Valerio was a very nice guy who was very hospitable. He gave us nice Pizzeria recommendations and was always available to contact. The location of the Hotel is perfect to visit Lago di Garda or Verona. We also had dinner in Brescia city centre, which is a very authentic italian city.

The breakfast was a typical italian breakfast with a very nice Cappuccino (or other selection of coffee), however it would have been very nice to be offered some fruit with the yoghurt. (But this is just a little advice)

The best part was the staff's attention, always super available and ready to help, offering extras whenever possible. The building is nicely decorated and the room has all the basics needed. Location is good, outside the center but close enough to walk everywhere. Parking available which is a huge plus.

No elevator in the building. Walls are very thin so you can hear noise from other rooms.

Family Room was very clean. Good location, enough parking space arounds. Within walking distance (10min) from the centre. Nice traditional building but with modern commodities (TV, kitchenette, A/C, etc.).

A brush up would be good. Toilet seat was broken. The balcony hasn't been cleaned in years, there where even old cigarettes in the ashtrey outside. Minor things, but stilll avoidable.

Very good, cozy hotel. The room was more like a suite. The accommodation is a 15-minute walk from the city center. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but there is a free parking lot nearby (100 meters), which is not closed. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is very delicious. Lake Garda 30 minutes by car.

We had a wonderful stay at Leonoco hotel. Valerio was so helpful, gracious and accommodating! He carried our suitcases up the stairs to our room and back down, helped us find certain stores near by and gave us his parking spot right in front of the hotel. Valerio was so kind and accommodating! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful hospitality and care, nicely looking and spacious rooms. Visibly high quality hotel. I would be delighted to come back and explore more.

Huge noise by other visitors in the middle of night, probably drunk teens.

The suite in this beautiful city house was very spacious and comfortable, the furniture was nice and practical with comfortable beds.

The breakfast was continental, but unfortunately there was no fresh bread available, so only packed toast was available, so the kids did not like that. Otherwise the breakfast was good.

We really enjoyed our stay and we especially appreciated how helpful and nice the staff is. The room was spacious and clean, the location was perfect for us because ot was in walking distance to the center and the train station.

The walls are very thin and we could hear noise from the neighbors, especially in the morning . Also the floors are very old and in bad shape, but there are some other rooms that are renovated.
