I recently stayed at Luana Inn Holiday in Rome and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. It was very easy to reach by bus from the airport taking Cotral bus to Oastia and you will walk 4 minutes. This made our travels from and to the airport hassle-free. Given the affordable price, we didn’t expect such a high level of service and cleanliness. Overall, it exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. The room and the private bathroom are very comfortable and clean. All place is cozy and beautiful. There is air conditioner and frigo in the room. The hotel is very close to the airport by car. The price is affordable.

The check-in is late (5 pm). The taxi driver scheduled by the staff didn't show up. It's important to notice that the hotel is very close to airport by car but there is no public transportation to make the commuting to the airport so it's essential to schedule a taxi or Uber.

Good location near the airport, the neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. The house has a garden, terrace, and these are separate comfortable rooms inside the big house. The hosts meet us, and they speak good English. It's also very safe because the house has big garden, walls, and gates for parking. Don't hesitate to book if you need to arrive from airport or depart very early morning, the taxi from here to airport is just 10 minute drive. Use Uber, it's perfect, and not expensive at these distances.

The place is beautiful, very nice hosts. Chic yard. The room is large, cozy, 2 beds. Refrigerator, good air conditioning, closet, high ceilings. There is everything you need.

The bed was very creaky and kept me awake. The bathroom needs to be renovated, and the mold needs to be removed. There were no cups and coffee and sugar, or tea, although there was a coffee machine. There is no bus from the airport, although maps show otherwise. You can't walk here either, because the route goes through terrible interchanges and highways, where there are no pedestrian zones. We could only get here by cab (it took 15 minutes). It's not very close to the airport, but acceptable.

The Inn was very quiet and reserved. Close to airport which served our needs. Staff very friendly and hospitable. Property near airport is very expensive so this inn provided what we needed at a reasonable price.

Price for dinner was a bit expensive and more than is noted in brochure. Food was very good and prepared fresh each day other than it was served a bit later than we are used to. We are Americans and not used to eating dinner late..

I needed to stay for one night near the airport and this place was close to it so it was convenient. Room was clean. Host was flexible and I was able to check in a little later than they allow check ins.

The host asked some personal questions on the phone when I arrived at the apartment.

A very warm and clean charming bed and breakfast! The owners are very warm and great cooks! I had an amazing dinner prepared by the owners! A short ride to the airport which made it very convenient!

The property was an old stylish home with a very clean charming room. The bathroom was a bit small but I’m a big guy 6 feet tall 225 lbs perfect for a smaller frame person. Aside from that it was perfect for my overnight stay before heading back to the states.

It's a small B&B, 10 min bus ride from Rome Fiumicino Airport,the hosts were nice at Check-In,price was good, private bathroom,and a nice garden in front of the house. Quite at night.

The room seems a bit small,but should be ok for short stays.

The owner was really accommodating,they are very nice people..easy to talk too.inn was very clean My only concern it was the blow dry hair doesn't work in my room but the rest it was fantastic .

Lovely staff and owner very helpful food was good. Accommodated us on arriving early.very comfy beds quiet location ideal for a rest before flight.
