The location of the hotel is great. It is an easy walk to get anywhere in the city and centrally located near the Central Market and leather district. It is very pretty and comfortable and the front desk staff extremely helpful. Then room is clean and comfortable. We asked for a room change after the first night due to street noise at front of the hotel. We were moved to another room facing the back and it was much quieter. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

The bathroom is cramped, having to close the door to get to the toilet. The shower was very narrow as well. Two people cannot be in the bathroom at the same time easily.

Location was ideal. Bright room, nice decor and comfy bed. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly.

Bathroom needs reviewing. The shower is placed on the long side of the bath with a half shower screen which means the floor got constantly soaked, regardless of how careful we were. The hairdryer was useless and very old fashioned.

Amazing hotel - unbeatable location not far from the centre of Florence but still away from the highly touristy areas, great hospitality, lovely selection of continental breakfast foods, nice rooms with comfy beds and showers with really good water pressure!

The decor could use some updating but it’s really not a big deal - it still looks nice.

The hotel is located in a quaint historic building, and rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel's location is super central for sightseeing in Florence, steps away from the Central Market and barely a 10 min walk to the Duomo. The hotel's central location also means it's in a quite busy area, that can get a bit noisy at night, but manageable with ear plugs :) The staff were all friendly and helpful, with a special shout out to the gentleman at breakfast who always made sure the day got off to a good start!

A smaller hotel that was ideally located close to the cathedral, it was very comfortable and with excellent breakfast each day. the 24 h reception and security was excellent and, overall, it exceeded my expectations!

The bathroom is a little tired and very small but served its main purpose.

bathroom a bit cramped, had to lean against hand basin whilst sitting on toilet. staff entering bedroom at night to “prepare room for evening” left lights on and a window open and put small sheet beside bed to stand on. Reception staff didn’t know anything about this practice. Seemed unnecessary to me.

Great location. Walking distance to many major sights. Room was small, but had everything you needed. Short walk to the tram to the airport even with large suitcases totally doable.

I personally would put up a hook or two on the wall right beside the door to hang coats on.

It’s right in the center of the town. Reasonable priced. Great staff: professional, courteous, and friendly. They gave great recommendations for dinning and even made a reservation for us. The breakfast was great.

The rooms are quite small so if you have two suitcases per person you’re going to do some juggling with them. However most hotels in Europe are small so it comes with the territory.

Very central location, so all the main tourist attractions are an easy walk. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. Breakfast was delicious.

No complimentary tea or coffee in our room or anywhere in the hotel. Two bottles of complimentary water for the whole of our stay! Room was very compact, clean but very small.

Because of a train strike we had to stay one extra night in Florence. The room at the Hotel Botticelli was clean, the bed good with crisp white sheets and the bathroom very good. Adequate for our needs.

The Botticelli seems quite old-fashioned and is still using keys. The common areas could also use some updating and freshening. Breakfast was adequate but nothing especially Italian or stand-out.
