Very comfortable beds, large room for three people and nice view. Wifi was good and staff very helpful. There were a few stairs but the lovely chap at reception carried our bags. Very safe and secure. Great location across the road from tram to the centre of Florence and bus stop about 7 mins away. Private bathroom good too. Great value for money. It was a very hot time of year but they had 2 x fans.

Bathroom was long and narrow. Bit strange re the shower. The fold around door does not leave alot of space in the room. Shower nozzle very high up for a short person and water pressure not great but ok. Even in saying this we would definitely stay again. These are only minor concerns. Would have been good to have a fridge.

The customer service was very comprehensive. Kristi, the concierge, was fabulous. He took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful visit to Florence. He helped us unwind after our travels with a very tasty caffe latte and a relaxing spot on their patio (with a nice view of the area around the hotel). He provided us with a map and he personally provided all the ‘must see’ spots around the city. In our extensive travels, my wife and I, have stayed in all types of accommodations ranging from 2 stars to 5 stars and we have discovered that no matter the rating of the place, it is the people providing the customer service that make all the difference to your visit. Hotel Fedora’s staff made our stay a 5 star experience. Thank you for your kindness and great work.

The location is great, about a 15 minute walk into the main part of the city. The hotel staff were friendly and let us leave our bags after we checked out. The hotel is in a really nice building, and there are 3 doors to unlock before getting to the hotel so the security is very good. The beds were so comfortable and the room was big. A perfect hotel for a few nights stay!

Not a negative as such but be aware that some rooms are next to the reception and the walls are quite thin so in the morning you can hear the phone ringing etc. This did not bother us though as we were out for the majority of the day.

The staff is courteous and friendly, cleaning staff is impeccable and prudent, and the location is perfect!

The property being an old one, is dilapidated. The floors squeaky, doors cry out loud more than in a horror movie. Our bathroom door didn't have a latch to close from the inside so make sure you can sing a song while being inside. Also, I will not recommend 7€ breakfast at the property, rather just go out to central market 10 mins away and enjoy a great schiacciata/panini.

The location was great, we could walk to the station and to every other touristic place we visited. The staff was great and super helpful. The room was cozy, spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean.

The hotel has an opening time. We got there really early, it was closed and we couldn't get in, we had to wait until someone came out. There was no enclosed space to leave our luggage. We left it on the corridor. We had no particular issue, but when we got back they had moved our bags, which is always a bit unpleasant. The bathroom was a bit old and tight. Also, there were some electrical issues. The hair dryer burned, there was burning smell and then it got really red all of a sudden. We had no big issue, but it can be a bit concerning.

The accommodation was excellent for the price. It had everything we needed, was clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect. I would also like to specially commend the staff, who were exceptional, especially Kris. He welcomed us like a true host and was always there to assist with anything we needed. He was very attentive, and since it was my birthday, he even gifted us a bottle of local wine. Nothing but praise for the experience!

We had one night at hotel fedora. It is very close to main train station, bus stations and tram station. It takes 15-20 mins walking to duomo cathedral so location is just perfect. Rooms are clean, bathroom is clean and hot water is available. The building was little bit old but it was not a problem for us. Guys at the reception welcomed us very friendly and tried to help us whenever we need we appreciated it. Price was also really good so overall it was a great experience thank youuu! :)

The place is excellent, within a walking distance from the city centre and many restaurants and convenient stores. Also the parking lot is close enough with enough space. We were even allowed early checking without additional charge, which was a nice gesture from the staff. They also offer some beverages at the counter, which came in handy.

Equipment of the room itself is a bit older but we had no problem with that. If you're looking for a fancy place, this might not be the right choice though.

The staff are accomodating and polite. The room was cleaned everyday and we were given fresh towels. It is in an old building but everything was working as they should and our room is very clean and comfortable.

Just the initial misunderstanding about arranging for twin beds instead of a double. We were given an approval when we first booked the property. I asked about it again before arriving, but the email was misunderstood. However, management quickly arranged for the beds that we requested; I was happy with how they made the room ready for us to use quickly.
