Very good location, close to the city centre. There is a self check-in after certain time. All the instructions were given in a great way in a message around 24hrs prior the arrival. The instructions are clear and we had no issues to get into our room within like 2 minutes.

There is a restaurant under the accommodation so if you open the window, you can smell frying oil and the typical odour of a pub. In room n.11 which has it’s own bathroom, there is however one more toilet right next to the room nr. 11 so anytime someone uses this toilet, you can hear it. It was also leaking throughout the night so you can hear water flowing…

I liked doing the check in before hand, this way you can just go directly to your room, no matter the hour you arrive. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the whole structure had good heating. The location is great, as it's located between the station and the city center.

The water temperature in the shower wasn't the best, it was just lukewarm. But the heating made the room warm, so it wasn't that bad. The vending machines are kind of expensive and there isn't a lot of variety. The WiFi comes and goes inside the room.

-sadly other guests would refrain from flushing the toilet and putting towels away -the bed wasn’t comfortable -the breakfast room is pretty pointless. needs more breakfast options in the machines. Thankfully there was coffee and at a very cheap price. Maybe have a shared fridge option for it to function better?

Close by train station, only 15 minute walking distance. Also close to historical centre about a 10 minute walk. Sink available in the room which really helps.

Since the bathrooms are shared they can get a bit messy but it is expected. The use of bleach to clean has a strong smell that it irritated my throat unfortunately.

I liked everything from the warm friendly welcome and great communication (thanks so much Daniele). Check-in was perfect and I appreciated being able to store my bags before the room was ready, and also after check-out. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The room was warm and homely. The location is perfect and close to railway station, tram to the airport and a great number of places you want to visit. Excellent value for money and highly recommended.

- perfect location - easy check-in system - cosy room and bed - good WiFi - All in all I enjoyed my stay here, would return for sure if I'm back to Firenze one day!

- bathroom was fine, but water pressure is quite weak (although not sure can they do anything with that) - The blinds couldn't be open so 0 nature light in the room - The "breakfast room" was under renovation, a teapot or these little things were missing but it's an extra so not a big issue

The bed was too soft for me (but at almost 50 years of age, I'm probably not the hotel's typical guest). From the description on Booking.com I was not aware that there would be noone at the reception desk other than when the cleaner is there; but during my stay, this didn't turn out to be any sort of problem.

comfort room for three people. also it wasn't positive that it has shower in the room even it was with a shared toilet. the position was near to everything. the receptionist was an amazing guy very kind helpful and funny.

The room was clean and quiet. The staff is polite.

Our bathroom needed one extra point of light (a lamp) over the mirror. The lamp over the bed was broken, so they discounted us the price of the sojourn taxes: very good! The seat of the wc was unstable...fix it for the future, please.
