If you get one of the ground floor rooms they come with an outoor terrace which me and my partner used to have a drink in the evening and our morning coffee..The place was quiet so if yoir looking for a really peaceful place to sleep this would be your choice. They have a beautiful bar area however it only is open until 8, as that's when the staff leave, so if you do get an upstairs room there is plenty of space for you go dit outside...Our flight was delayed and qjere great for accommodation this by calling and make sure we knew what to do on arrival...when entering the room there was sheets with recommendations of bars and restaurants and how to navigate the city which I really loved..although a bit of out of the city there is abus stop 2 mins around the corner from hotel which takes u straight in..u can just tap your card when entering the bus to pay for it...The continental breakfast had everything we needed also ;) AC in room was fabulous as well

as the hotel is not in the centre it can be a little hard to get to if you don't understand the bus system. I would suggest you share the information on how to get to the hotel ahead of time as it would really help guests navigate to the hotel easier...It would be great if there was a smart tv in the room for when chilling in the evening getting ready for dinner but that just a personal preference.

Clean and very organized. Located away from all the crowed and noise allowing peaceful sleep. It takes approximately 40 minutes of walk to the all tourist spots. Extremely easy to find. After only one walk, I was able to get to the old town without help. Rooms are really clean and in perfect shape.

Parking, Parking, Parking. Like anywhere in Italy. Even though the hotel has its own parking, it was full and you have to manage yourself

The room was well equipped for its size, very clean and came with a lovely private terrace. This led out to the hotel's terraced garden which had an outdoor licenced bar that opened in the evening. We really enjoyed our stay here and it felt that we were looked after by the staff who were very friendly and helpful. On arrival we were given a map of Florence, and useful advice on where to get buses etc. They also provided a list of nearby recommended restaurants. Two of which we tried and they were very good (espcially Pizza & Panuozzi, excellent pizza and very reasonably priced).

We can' think of anything bad to say about this hotel, it was just lovely

I think is the best stay in Florence. This charming hotel is located in a quiet residential area, 20 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from Fiesole. It's a perfect fit for families and couples.

It was a very beautiful place, small and cosy! The staff where very nice and helpful about everything.

We had a lovely stay, the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff were very helpful.

The setting was lovely, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great and really varied. Bad area was beautiful.

The property is quiet, away from the bustle of the city. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the property is well-maintained. Having the garden area and bar to relax at the end of a day was a real bonus; we also took our breakfasts in the garden area. The breakfast was very good, and throughout our stay, the staff were excellent and very helpful.

We decided to stay outside of the busy downtown area of Florence, but that meant using expensive taxis to get back and forth. We loved the property, but might try to stay closer to all of the attractions next time. We also found the lack of signage to initially find the property a little odd - there is a plaque about the size of a business card that confirms that one is at a hotel. Pretty picky comments about an excellent stay!
