Near to the station Firenze Campo di Marte and also it’s possible to reach the city when you want to walk 20 minutes. But even then you can use the buses instead to go to some location pretty easily The employees are always friendly and when you ask for a good restaurant nearby they can give you good advices. The cleaner are everyday cleaning the room

Shower door was broken and some things were a bit dirty. The toilet brush was fully wet and the water was still in the container.

We liked the hotel, it is well located and very cozy. They offer a continental breakfast, which is very good. The room was spacious and cozy, with everything you need. The room and bathroom are clean. It is not located in the historic area, you must travel by train or bus. It is an 8-minute walk from the Firenze Campo Marte regional train station, which connects to the Firenze S.M.N. central station, which is located in the historic center.

The rooms were well-cleaned and very clean. The rooms were spacious enough and comfortable. The bathrooms are also clean and neat. There was a wide variety of towels, which we appreciated as well.

With no air conditioner, I found it too hot to sleep with only a fan in temperatures over 30 degrees Celsius! I also felt that the Wi-Fi connection was not good. It was not a problem during the daytime, but at night the situation worsened, and I had to use mobile data to access the Internet from my room.

Street parking very close to the hotel. Initially we were a little concerned as the room door was immediately behind the reception but we were delighted to find the room was quiet, comfortable and opened out onto a balcony that overlooked a pretty courtyard garden. Easy walk to the city centre.

Our Italian isn't great, which will always make things tricky, but the staff weren't very welcoming, borderline grumpy! Breakfast was just about OK but mostly prepacked stuff. The waitress wouldn't even let us have a second cup of copy.

Hotel room was very good, with a common balcony, overlooking a garden. No issues with hotel facility. Our host was very polite and helpful.

But the location was an issue. Although, it is only 2 km from the attractions, but public transport facility is poor. It's better to walk to the attractions, takes around 17 mins. Bus doesn't come on time. Looks like it's a problem with Florence.

Breakfast was good, especially the fresh made coffee, fresh juices and fruits that picked from their own back garden. Friendly atmosphere and good service. Good location from the city centre. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable with a beautiful view of the hotel's garden.

Room was always clean and with changed towels. We liked that a lot. The personnel is greeting every time and responded to every need that we had. The room is big and spacious and the bed is really comfortable.

We struggled without air conditioner but they have ventilator on the sealing which provided some coolness in the hot weather. The breakfast is good but if you would like more protein in your food or some regular type of breakfast (like eggs), you won't find it. It is also on 30 minute walk to the center of the city which is challenging for the feet in hot weather.

The mattress and the pillow were really comfortable. The room was spacious.

The breakfast was basically dessert in different forms. I understand that this is the typical Italian way of doing breakfast, but I would appreciate some source of protein like eggs, hummus or cream cheese. Or at least natural yoghurt without fruit taste and added sugar.

Very good location, very close to the histociral center of Florence and with beautifull and so italian inner courtyard and balcony. The staff is perfect italian. They create the exceptional atmosphere. Even cat-theHoste was right on time and on place. So kind and persistant in order to get some food🙂

The parking place is not for free and not so easy to find, but we were lucky☺️ It wasn't possible to pay by card at that time. So, always have euros coins.

The room had working air conditioning and a fan. It also had a nice view and the beds were comfy. Black out shutters and windows were good and bathroom was functional and they provided soaps and shampoos and towels which were perfect.

Maybe for breakfast would be nice to have more fresh baked goods instead of packaged.
